Breast phyllodes tumor(PT)is a rare fibroepithelial neoplasm with potential malignant *** non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)play multifaceted roles in various cancers,but their involvement in breast PT remains largely *** this study,microarray was leveraged for the first time to investigate the role of lncRNA in *** identified lncRNA ZFPM2-AS1 was significantly upregulated in malignant PT,and its overexpression endowed PT with high tumor grade and adverse ***,we elucidated that ZFPM2-AS1 promotes the proliferation,migration,and invasion of malignant PT in *** ZFPM2-AS1 through nanomaterial-mediated siRNA delivery in patient-derived xenograft(PDX)model could effectively inhibit tumor progression in ***,our findings showed that ZFPM2-AS1 is competitively bound to CDC42,inhibiting ACK1 and STAT1 activation,thereby launching the transcription of *** conclusion,our study provides evidence that ZFPM2-AS1 plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of breast PT,and suggests that ZFPM2-AS1 could serve as a prognostic indicator for patients with PT as well as a promising novel therapeutic target.

Effects of nano SbSbS4particles on contact fatigue life of a steel ball were evaluated on a self-made ball-rod contact fatigue tester. The anti-fatigue mechanisms of SbSbS4 additive were analyzed by means of SEM and EDAX. It was shown that, when the grease contained SbSbS4, contact fatigue life was improved compared with that of base grease. nanoparticle absorption action, nanoparticle infiltration action, and extreme pressure and anti-friction performance, explained why SbSbS4 increased the contact fatigue life of the steel ball tested.

nano-sized polyacrylonitrile （PAN） particles were prepared under the catalytic effect of in situ developed CoCl2/EDTA complex with ammonium persulfate as the initiator in the absence of any added emulsifier. The emulsion polymerization was studied at varying concentrations of the initiator, monomer, complex and solvent over a temperature range of 30-70℃. The overall activation energy （Ea, 49.79 kJ/mol）, energy of dissociation of initiator （Ed, 82.68 kJ/mol）, number of micelles （0.163 × 10^18） and the viscosity average molecular weight of the polymer were computed. The distribution of particle sizes was determined by transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. It was found that the oil-in-water polymerization was stabilized by the presence of the CoCl2/EDTA in situ complex reducing the particle size into the nano order. The average diameters of PAN nano particles, obtained by TEM, were in the range of 50-150 nm at the maximum conversion. The experimental particle size was mainly dependent on the concentration of the complex and temperature.

Forsterite, a new biocompatible material was synthesized from Mg（NO3）2.6H20 and TEOS by using the sol-gel method. The material was then heated at 800, 900 and 1000 ℃. The forsterite was noticed as the main crystalline phase in the material fired at 900 and 1000 ℃, while periclase （MgO） was present in all the samples. The tests confirm that in the first two samples forsterite is present as crystallites 〈60 nm, while in the sample synthesized at 1000 ℃ it forms aggregates of micrometre-sized grains. In vitro test was performed by immersing the forsterite powder in the simulating body fluids （SBF） and hydroxyapatite formation on the surface was investigated. We could evidence the formation of hydroxyapatite on the forsterite surface after 7 days of immersion. The MTT test confirmed that forsterite powders dissolution promote osteoblast proliferation of the human-type osteoblasts with no significant cytotoxicity effects.

Size control of BaTiO3 in solid-state reaction between BaCO3 and TiO2 was demonstrated by varying the size of TiO2 and milling conditions of BaCO3. The smaller TiO2 particles had higher surface area, resulting in faster initial reaction. The mechanically milled BaCO3 particles accelerated the diffusion process and decreased the calcinations temperature. It can be deduced from the results that the size control is possible and nano-sized BaTiO3 particles with about 60 nm can be synthesized by using the conventional solid-state reaction between BaCO3 and TiO2.

The crude drug of Liuwei Dihuang was pulverized to nano particles to improve its bioavailability. The appropriate technique parameters were studied. Paeonol, typical marker of Liuwei Dihuang , was extracted with organic solveat in ultrasonic and its content was determined by HPLC. The appropriate techrdques parameters are as follows ： rotating speed control 1200 r/ min , grinding time control 50min and mass percent concentration control 3.8% . The experimental results show that the average particle diameter is 161.9 nm and the great majority of the plant cell wall is broken into pieces after nano pulverization. The extraction efficiency of paeonol is increased by 23.5% .

The influence of Sm （Samarium） content on microstructure and mechanical properties of recycled die-cast YLl12 aluminum alloys was investigated. The results show that many small Sm-rich particles form in the recycled die-cast YLl12 alloys with Sm addition. At the same time, the secondary dendrite arm spacing in the YLl12 alloys modified with Sm is smaller than that of the unmodified alloy. The eutectic Si of recycled die- cast YL112-xSm alloys transforms from coarse acicular morphology to fine fibres. Mechanical properties of the investigated recycled die-cast YLl12 aluminum alloys are enhanced with Sm addition, and a maximal ultimate tensile strength value （276 MPa） and elongation （3.76%） are achieved at a Sm content of 0.6wt.%. Due to the modification of eutectic Si by Sm, numerous tearing ridges and tiny dimples on the fractures of tensile samples are observed.

The Study of Structural and Magnetic Properties of NiO nanoparticles

Nickel Oxide (NiO) is an important transition metal oxide with cubic lattice structure. Among the magnetic nanoparticles, fabrication of nickel nanoparticles is often more difficult than that of the other particles. This is because they are easily oxidized. To achieve pure nickel nanocrystals, numerous methods have been conducted in organic environments in order to prevent formation of hydroxide or oxidation. In the present work, we report the synthesis of NiO nanoparticles. Magnetic properties of NiO nanoparticles with different sizes and at different temperatures are compared. The phase structures, particle sizes and magnetic properties of NiO nanoparticles have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, TEM images and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). We collected the experimental data reported in the literature, for the same conditions, and after fitting, extrapolating and doing some calculations. The magnetization for smaller nanoparticles is bigger for the samples we consider here. This difference could be explained by the difference of surface volume ratio of nanoparticle which shows the contribution of the paramagnetic surface is more important with respect to the anti-ferromagnetism of the core for smaller particles. Also the nanoparticle at lower temperatures shows bigger magnetization.
