Objective:To explore the application of plan–do–check–action(PDCA)cycle in the management of the naked medicine dispensing about the automatic package and to analyze the practice improved in the quality of naked medicine dispensing medicine ***:The PDCA theory was used to analyze the data,to find out the causes of the problem,and to formulate the corresponding countermeasures to *** data of the naked medicine/adverse drug events satisfaction degree of the inpatients in 18 inpatient departments given for the adoption of PDCA cycle in January 2017 were set as the observation *** number of the naked medicine/adverse drug events satisfaction degree of patients in 18 inpatient departments before adoption of PDCA cycle in December 2016 was set as the control *** number of the naked medicine/adverse drug events satisfaction degree of patients in 18 inpatient departments before and after adoption of PDCA cycle was observed and ***:The number of the naked medicine/adverse drug events after implementing the method of PDCA cycle management rate was significantly lower than before the implementation method of PDCA cycle management,and the difference had statistical significance(Pnaked medicine dispensing about the automatic package can help to reduce the adverse drug events,to improve the safety of drug treatment,and to increase the patients’satisfaction degree.

Assessment of Stress on Serum Estradiol and Cortisol Levels in Female Subordinate naked Mole Rats Following Isolation from Natal Colony

This study investigated the effects of isolation of subordinate naked mole rats from natal colonies on their reproductive success. naked mole rat is one of the known mammals that exhibit eusociality. It has been noted that naked mole rats have their reproduction restricted to one queen and less than three males;the rest of the animals within the colony remain sterile. The study aimed at establishing whether the reproductive suppression in subordinate naked mole rats is the outcome of social stress exerted by breeding female in the colony or other unknown environmental factors within the colony set-up. Experimental period was 20 weeks and it involved two stages, acclimatization and isolation. Before acclimation, 2 female subordinate naked mole rats were sacrificed. Blood samples were collected and appropriately preserved for later analysis. On the 2nd, 4th and 6th weeks of acclimatization, 2 female mole rats were sacrificed at each stage and blood samples were harvested for analysis. On week 7, eighteen subordinate females were isolated and randomly assigned into two groups of 9 animals each in two separate cages for 14 weeks. One week 8, 2 subordinate females from each group were randomly selected, sacrificed and blood samples collected for analysis. The same procedure was repeated on week 12 and 20 of study. Hormonal analysis was done using ELISA technique. The effects of steaming and roasting treatments on lipase activity and nutritional components of “oat rice” (OR): the peeled naked oat (Avena nuda) kernels

Peeled naked oat kernels, named “oat rice” (OR) by Chinese food scientists and processors, are novel oat products in China. This study exam-ined the effects of steaming and roasting treat-ments on the enzyme activities, nutritional con-tents, and flour pasting properties of OR kernels. Results showed that a peeling time of 20 s caused 16.13% β-glucan loss, while a peeling time 25 s caused 34.29% β-glucan loss in the kernels. OR kernels with a 20 s peeling treatment demonstrated significantly higher starch levels and kernel whiteness compared with normal oat kernels (P<0.01). It was also found that normal pressure steaming, autoclaved steaming and infrared roasting treatments could exterminate lipase activities in the OR kernels, and provide the OR kernels with significantly lower final viscosities and setback values than normal kernels (P<0.01).

Liquid-solid adsorption from binary component mixture

Based on five thermodynamic equilibria among the components Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and adsorbent,a stoichiometric displacement model of adsorption(SDM-A)from binary liquid mixture with complete range of concentration in liquid-solid system is proposed and tested by using data published in litera- *** two expressions of this model show the quantitative relationships between the activity of the component Ⅰ on the surface and that in the bulk solution and between its partition coefficient in two phases and its equilibrium activity in bulk solution,*** some cases,the two expressions may become two linear equations,from which the correspondingly linear slopes(*** adsorption parameters)are obtained with which the stoichiometric displacement relation and relative adsorption ability between components Ⅰ and Ⅱ can be *** effectiveness of these two expressions for different adsorption systems and the similarity and difference between SDM-A and the Freundlich Em- pirical Equation are also investigated.A rule illustrating a parallel relationship between 2n/Z and the property of bulk solution is also ***,having studied the quantitative relation of the adsorption from either ideal or non-ideal liquid mixture and compaired their linear adsorption parameters,we find that SDM-A is much better than the Langmuir's.

LIGHT DEMANDS OF JUVENILE LAMINARIA JAPONICA

The light demands of seaweeds is an interesting and rather complex phenomenon because they depend not only on the species but also on their different development stages. Even different parts of the same plant sometimes have different light demands. Light control is an important procedure at large scale Lamnaria nursery stations in China. Technicians and scientists have different viewpoints on the best method to regulate light. A culture study on Lamnaria japonica starting from zoospores to several centimeter sporophytes to find the optimal and critical irradiance ranges for juvenile Laminaria at different development stages added more knowledge on this aspect. Experiment results show gametophytes can not tolerate irradiance of more than 150uEm-2s-1 while sporophytes can tolerate more than 519 uEm-2s-1. This big difference starts from the very early stage of 1-to 2-celled sporophytes. The biological basis and mechanism of this phenomenon need further research.
