Polyporus accommodates species with stipitate basidiocarps,a dimitic hyphal system with skeleto-binding hyphae,and hyaline,thin-walled,more or less cylindrical *** species of Polyporus are divided into six morphological groups,of which Melanopus is characterized by coriaceous basidiocarps,thin context and a black cuticle on the *** this study,we explore the phylogeny and species diversity of Polyporus sensu lato focusing on the group Melanopus based on global *** combined ITS and nlsu dataset included 117 collections represented by 117 ITS and 94 nlsu sequences,of which 43 ITS and 37 nlsu sequences were newly *** resulting phylogenetic analysis recovered four clades,Favolus,Neofavolus,Melanopus and Polyporellus clades,while several species in the morphological groups Melanopus and Polyporus were outside these *** with morphological evidence,three new species in the Melanopus clade,Polyporus americanus,*** and ***,are newly described and illustrated,and their distinctive characters are *** illegitimate name Polyporus fraxineus is renamed as Polyporus *** phylogeny and taxonomy of each species in group Melanopus(morphology)or Melanopus clade(phylogeny)and related species are briefly discussed.

Ample quantities of a crepidotoid agaric were collected from an evergreen forest in Kerala State,India and subsequent morphological and molecular analysis based on nlsu sequence confirmed it as Conchomyces bursiformis.A reappraisal along with comprehensive description,photographs,and discussion of this rare monotypic agaric is provided.

中国叶孔菌属的分类与系统发育研究

叶孔菌属(Phylloporia Murrill)隶属于担子菌门、锈革孔菌科,该属大部分种类寄生于活树或藤本的树干和枝条上,具有显著的寄主特异性,有的种类主要是以树液为营养,因此与树木形成寄生性,也有少数种类地生(与腐木相连)或生长于倒木上,是腐生种类。同时该属在热带、亚热带及温带地区都有分布,是一个世界性分布的重要类群。截至目前,该属已在世界范围内已经报道了 47个种,其中32个种在中国有分布。对叶孔菌属的分类研究是在传统型形态学分类的基础上,通过扩增该属种类的ITS、nlsu、mt-SSU、RPB2和EF1-α等多个基因片段序列进行系统发育研究。研究发现,叶孔菌属包含有柄或无柄,菌丝一系或两系,菌肉同质或异质,木生或地生的种类,但该属所有种类均产生较小的,有色厚壁的担孢子,且子实层均无刚毛,并以此类特征可以和其他属较明显的区分。叶孔菌属内各种之间的微观结构较为相似,无特殊结构存在,担孢子,拟囊状体以及孔口均是属内种间辨别的重要性状。分子数据显示,叶孔菌属是一个单源的类群,但该属内不同形态类型的种类在系统发育关系上并没有呈现出明显的相关性,有柄和无柄的类群,寄生、腐生及地生的类群,没有形成不同的分枝。另外,叶孔菌属nlsu片段的测序成功率最高,应用于该属系统发育分析的分子数据最全,且不同种类之间可以较好的区分,是用于该属分类研究的最理想片段。该研究共发现中国叶孔菌属新种6个:拟囊状体叶孔菌Phylloporia cystirdiolophoa ***&***,胡枝子叶孔菌*** ***&***,窄边叶孔菌*** ***&***,藤生叶孔菌*** ***&***,折光叶孔菌*** ***&***和近暗色叶孔菌*** ***&***。同时对中国32个种进行了宏观及微观形态的详细描述,并提供了每个种的显微结构绘图,对比讨论了相似种间的区别,通过汇总所有种类信息制作了32个种的分种检索表。
