RNA helicases from the DEAD-box family are found in almost all organisms and have important roles in RNA metabolism ranging from RNA synthesis to RNA *** detail function and mechanism about how these helicases engage in scenarios of animal development and diseases remain to *** previous gene-trapping screen,we identified a zebrafish line carrying a null allele of ddx39a,a DEAD box RNA *** the ddx39a null embryos revealed cardiac and trunk muscle dystrophy and defects in *** sequencing and following verification experiments indicated in when ddx39a lost,the final cell differentiation in these organs hampered due to mis-expression of structural *** ddx39a mutant embryo,accumulation of mis-processed RNA activated innate immunity pathway and finally led mitotic arrest and enhanced cell death.

Sodium-coupled neutral amino acid transporter 2(SNAT2),also known as solute carrier family 38 member 2(SLC38 A2),is expressed in the skeletal *** research previously indicated that SNAT2 m RNA expression level in the skeletal muscle was modulated by genotype and dietary *** aim of this study was to investigate the key role of the amino acid transporter SNAT2 in muscle cell growth,differentiation,and related signaling pathways via SNAT2 suppression using the inhibitor a-methylaminoisobutyric acid(Me AIB).The results showed that SNAT2 suppression down-regulated both the m RNA and protein expression levels of SNAT2 in C2 C12 cells,inhibited cell viability and differentiation of the cell,and regulated the cell distribution in G0/G1 and S phases(Pcellular amino acid content of the cells after Me AIB co-culturing was significantly lower(Pmuscle cell *** conclusion,SNAT2 suppression inhibited C2 C12 cell growth and differentiation,as well as the availability of free amino *** the m TOR complex 1 signaling pathway was found to be involved,its response to different nutrients requires further study.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of dietary conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) supplementation of pregnant and lactating sows on muscle growth and myofiber type oftheir *** are thirty healthy,pregnant Rongchang sows withsimilar body condition and closed expected day of parturition for the experiment in *** experiment groups carry out with/without CLA(1%,2%and 0).The experiment began on 85day of gestation and ended at 28day after piglet *** results show that 1,piglets from CLA-fed sows had heavier longissimus dorsi and higher percentages of slow myofibers than control piglets(Pmuscle cells and up-regulatesthe expression levels of MyHC 1 and MyOG,butt10,c12-CLA strongly inhibited cellulardifferentiation and down-regulates expression of *** findings suggest that dietary CLAduring early life mayaffect muscle development and myofiber type in pigs.
