Probabilistic remote preparation of a high-dimensional equatorial multiqubit with four-party and classical communication cost

This paper presents a protocol for probabilistic remote preparation of a high-dimensional equatorial multiqubit with four-party, consisting of a sender and three receivers. The quantum channel is composed of a partial entangled high-dimensional four-particle state. We calculate the successful total probability and the total classical communication cost required for this scheme. It is shown that both the entangled resources and classical communication cost are greatly reduced.

The construction of multipartite unextendible product bases(UPBs)is a basic problem in quantum *** respectively construct two families of 2×2×4 and 2×2×2×4 UPBs of size eight by using the existing four-qubit and five-qubit *** an application,we construct novel families of multipartite positive-partial-transpose entangled states,as well as their entanglement properties in terms of the geometric measure of entanglement.

Teleportation of a multiqubit state by an entangled qudit channel

We investigate the problem of teleportation of an M-qubit state by using an entangled qudit pair as a quantum channel and show that the teleportation of a multiparticle state can correspond to the teleportation of a multi-dimensional state. We also introduce a quantum-state converter composed of beamsplitter arrays, on/off-detectors and cross-Kerr couplers and demonstrate that the state conversion from an M-qubit to an N-dimensional qudit and vice versa can be implemented with this converter, where N = 2M. Based on this, an experimentally feasible scheme for the teleportation of an M-qubit via an entangled N-level qudit pair channel is proposed.

Spin squeezing in Dicke-class of states with non-orthogonal spinors

The celebrated Majorana representation is exploited to investigate spin squeezing in different classes of pure symmetric states of N qubits with two distinct spinors, namely the Dicke-class of states. On obtaining a general expression for spin squeezing parameter, the variation of squeezing for different configurations is studied in detail. It is shown that the states in the Dicke-class, characterized by two-distinct non-orthogonal spinors, exhibit squeezing.
