Lower Limb Exoskeletons(LLEs)are receiving increasing attention for supporting activities of daily *** such active systems,an intelligent controller may be *** this paper,we proposed a locomotion intention recognition system based on time series data sets derived from human motion *** of input data and Deep Learning(DL)algorithms,this framework enables the detection and prediction of users’movement *** makes it possible to predict the detection of locomotion modes,allowing the LLEs to provide smooth and seamless *** pre-processed eight subjects were used as input to classify four scenes:Standing/Walking on Level Ground(S/WOLG),Up the Stairs(US),Down the Stairs(DS),and Walking on Grass(WOG).The result showed that the ResNet performed optimally compared to four algorithms(CNN,CNN-LSTM,ResNet,and ResNet-Att)with an approximate evaluation indicator of 100%.It is expected that the proposed locomotion intention system will significantly improve the safety and the effectiveness of LLE due to its high accuracy and predictive performance.

Extraction of impervious surfaces is one of the necessary processes in urban change *** paper derived a unified conceptual model (UCM) from the vegetation-impervious surface-soil (VIS) model to make the extraction more effective and *** uses the decision tree algorithm with indices of spectrum and texture,*** this model,we found both dependent and independent indices for multi-source satellite imagery according to their similarity and *** purpose of the indices is to remove the other land-use and land-cover types (e.g.,vegetation and soil) from the imagery,and delineate the impervious surfaces as the *** has the same steps conducted by decision tree *** Landsat-5 TM image (30 m) and the Satellite Probatoire d’Observation de la Terre (SPOT-4) image (20 m) from Chaoyang District (Beijing) in 2007 were used in this *** results show that the overall accuracy in Landsat-5 TM image is 88%,while 86.75% in SPOT-4 *** is an appropriate method to meet the demand of urban change detection.

With the rapid development of the mobile Internet,users generate massive data in different forms in social network every day,and different characteristics of users are reflected by these social media *** to integrate multiple heterogeneous information and establish user profiles from multiple perspectives plays an important role in providing personalized services,marketing,and recommendation *** this paper,we propose multi-source&multi-task Learning for User Profiles in Social Network which integrates multiple social data sources and contains a multi-task learning framework to simultaneously predict various attributes of a ***,we design their own feature extraction models for multiple heterogeneous data ***,we design a shared layer to fuse multiple heterogeneous data sources as general shared representation for multi-task ***,we design each task’s own unique presentation layer for discriminant output of ***,we design a weighted loss function to improve the learning efficiency and prediction accuracy of each *** experimental results on more than 5000 Sina Weibo users demonstrate that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art baselines for inferring gender,age and region of social media users.

This paper aims at exploring a digital image integration technique for multi-geoscience in formation dominated by airborne gamma-ray data, especially deeply discussing the method to secondly develop those aerial data by combining digital image processing system with the colored mapping system. Utilizing this technique , we have analyzed the geologic environment of uranium mineralization of Lianshanguan area > Liaoning Province, provided some important background information for further seeking of minerals. Meanwhile , experimental studies have been made to predict uranium mineralization , and evident results aquired. Practise shows that this new technique offers prospecting significance for mineral seeking and great practical value in survey of uranium resources.

We present a novel sea-ice classification framework based on locality preserving fusion of multi-source images *** locality preserving fusion arises from two-fold,i.e.,the local characterization in both spatial and feature *** commence by simultaneously learning a projection matrix,which preserves spatial localities,and a similarity matrix,which encodes feature *** map the pixels of multi-source images by the projection matrix to a set fusion vectors that preserve spatial localities of the *** the other hand,by applying the Laplacian eigen-decomposition to the similarity matrix,we obtain another set of fusion vectors that preserve the feature local *** concatenate the fusion vectors for both spatial and feature locality preservation and obtain the fusion ***,we classify the fusion image pixels by a novel sliding ensemble strategy,which enhances the locality preservation in *** locality preserving fusion framework is effective in classifying multi-source sea-ice images(e.g.,multi-spectral and synthetic aperture radar(SAR)images)because it not only comprehensively captures the spatial neighboring relationships but also intrinsically characterizes the feature associations between different types of *** evaluations validate the effectiveness of our framework.

In order to estimate vehicular queue length at signalized intersections accurately and overcome the shortcomings and restrictions of existing studies especially those based on shockwave theory,a new methodology is presented for estimating vehicular queue length using data from both point detectors and probe vehicles. The methodology applies the shockwave theory to model queue evolution over time and space. Using probe vehicle locations and times as well as point detector measured traffic states,analytical formulations for calculating the maximum and minimum( residual) queue length are developed. The proposed methodology is verified using ground truth data collected from numerical experiments conducted in Shanghai,China. It is found that the methodology has a mean absolute percentage error of 17. 09%,which is reasonably effective in estimating the queue length at traffic signalized intersections. Limitations of the proposed models and algorithms are also discussed in the paper.

Traditional seawater desalination requires high amounts of energy, with correspondingly high costs and limited benefits, hindering wider applications of the process. To further improve the comprehensive economic benefits of seawater desalination, the desalination load can be combined with renewable energy sources such as solar energy, wind energy, and ocean energy or with the power grid to ensure its effective regulation. Utilizing energy internet(EI) technology, energy balance demand of the regional power grid, and coordinated control between coastal multi-source multi-load and regional distribution network with desalination load is reviewed herein. Several key technologies, including coordinated control of coastal multi-source multi-load system with seawater desalination load, flexible interaction between seawater desalination and regional distribution network, and combined control of coastal multi-source multi-load storage system with seawater desalination load, are discussed in detail. Adoption of the flexible interaction between seawater desalination and regional distribution networks is beneficial for solving water resource problems, improving the ability to dissipate distributed renewable energy, balancing and increasing grid loads, improving the safety and economy of coastal power grids, and achieving coordinated and comprehensive application of power grids, renewable energy sources, and coastal loads.
