＜正＞A new method is proposed that multi-agent system estimates the gradient of a scalar diffusion field and advances towards the diffusion *** method in this paper integrates three aspects:formation control,gradient estimation and the corresponding gradient climbing *** control guarantees that motes are in relative right positions, configuring a suitable sensor array,so that their measurements（maybe temperature） generated by a diffusion source（maybe a fire source） can be efficiently used by the gradient climbing *** gradient climbing control law is then superposed to every mote,through which the mote network estimates the source field’s gradient and climbs the gradient until the diffusion source is *** errors and stability are analyzed and the results indicate almost global convergence properties of this new *** this method is extended to the scalar fields which have several extrema but only one maximum value.

A cooperative multi-agent system entitles some independent agents to complete complex tasks through coordination and *** the dynamics of physical agents are so complex that the environment of learning is indeed stochastic,the paper introduces the decentralized multi-agent reinforcement learning（MARL） algorithm,named as Decentralized Concurrent Learning with Cooperative Policy Exploration（DCL-CPE）,in order to solve cooperative learning within stochastic *** investigate its feasibility in practical multi-agent systems,the box-pushing test with DCL-CPE is designed with a group of two-wheel driven robots acting as learning *** to physical properties,such as nonholonomic dynamics,rolling and sliding frictions,unreliable sense,rigid body collision,etc.,the cooperative learning is a high stochastic learning *** simulation test in Webots shows that DCL-CPE is good at exploring best cooperative policy in a decentralized way,even as state transition and rewards are all stochastic.

在经济全球化和信息网络化的时代背景下,顾客的需求越来越趋于多样化和个性化。信息技术高速的发展,对产品影响极大,产品面临着寿命越来越短的缺陷。同样,企业也面临着更多的挑战与压力。主要包括如何缩短产品的交货期,降低成本,增加商品的使用周期,对特定配送有需求,制造外包等等。在这种情形下,各类企业都应该快速准确的洞察市场信息,提高自身企业的竞争力。这就需要各个企业要进行高效的供应链优化,保持自身在各自领域内的领先地位。所以,如何合理有效的使用现代信息技术对供应链进行优化,具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。文章首先介绍了供应链及多智能体的相关理论,及其国内外研究现状,阐明了供应链系统与多agent系统模型构建间的映射关系。通过映射关系的对比分析,构建了基于multi-agent system的供应链系统的三层模型,并对各个模型内部的各agent运作流程进行分析。然后,通过分析供应链多目标优化的研究现状,指出了当前研究的局限性,建立了以成本,时间和柔性为目标的供应链多目标优化的数学模型。最后,结合所建的三层供应链模型的供应链级具体模型和车间级具体模型,以蚁群算法作为研究的优化算法,分别对其进行优化,结果证明了算法的有效性。

To solve the synchronization and tracking problems,a cooperative control scheme is proposed for a class of higher-order multi-input and multi-output(MIMO)nonlinear multi-agent systems(MASs)subjected to uncertainties and external ***,coupled relationships among Laplace matrix,leader-following adjacency matrix and consensus error are analyzed based on undirected ***,nonlinear disturbance observers(NDOs)are designed to estimate compounded disturbances in MASs,and a distributed cooperative anti-disturbance control protocol is proposed for high-order MIMO nonlinear MASs based on the outputs of NDOs and dynamic surface control ***,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme are proven based on Lyapunov stability theory and simulation experiments.

Battery energy storage systems (BESSs) are widely used in smart ***,power consumed by inner impedance and the capacity degradation of each battery unit become particularly severe,which has resulted in an increase in operating *** general economic dispatch (ED) algorithm based on marginal cost (MC) consensus is usually a proportional(P) controller,which encounters the defects of slow convergence speed and low control *** order to solve the distributed ED problem of the isolated BESS network with excellent dynamic and steady-state performance,we attempt to design a proportional integral (PI) controller with a reset mechanism (PI+R) to asymptotically promote MC consensus and total power mismatch towards 0 in this *** be frank,the integral term in the PI controller is reset to 0 at an appropriate time when the proportional term undergoes a zero crossing,which accelerates convergence,improves control accuracy,and avoids *** eigenvalues of the system under a PI+R controller is well analyzed,ensuring the regularity of the system and enabling the reset *** ensure supply and demand balance within the isolated BESSs,a centralized reset mechanism is introduced,so that the controller is distributed in a flow set and centralized in a jump *** cope with Zeno behavior and input delay,a dwell time that the system resides in a flow set is *** on this,the system with input delays can be reduced to a time-delay free *** the capacity limitation of the battery,a modified MC scheme with PI+R controller is *** correctness of the designed scheme is verified through relevant simulations.

Distributed wireless sensor networks have been shown to be effective for environmental monitoring tasks,in which multiple sensors are deployed in a wide range of the environments to collect information or monitor a particular event,Wireless sensor networks,consisting of a large number of interacting sensors,have been successful in a variety of applications where they are able to share information using different transmission protocols through the communication ***,the irregular and dynamic environment requires traditional wireless sensor networks to have frequent communications to exchange the most recent information,which can easily generate high communication cost through the collaborative data collection and data *** frequency communication also has high probability of failure because of long distance data *** this paper,we developed a novel approach to multi-sensor environment monitoring network using the idea of distributed *** communication network can overcome the difficulties of high communication cost and Single Point of Failure(SPOF)through the decentralized approach,which performs in-network *** approach makes use of Boolean networks that allows for a non-complex method of corroboration and retains meaningful information regarding the dynamics of the communication *** approach also reduces the complexity of data aggregation process and employee a reinforcement learning algorithm to predict future event inside the environment through the pattern recognition.
