As the number of electric vehicles(EVs)increases,massive numbers of EVs have started to gather in commercial parking lots to charge and discharge,which may significantly impact the operation of the *** may also be a deviation in the departure time of charged and discharged EVs in commercial parking *** deviation can lead to insufficient battery energy when the EVs leave the parking *** study uses the simulation software AnyLogic to build a commercial parking lot multi-agent simulation model,and the agent-based model can fully reflect the autonomy of individual *** on this simulation model,we propose an EV scheduling *** algorithm contains two main *** first is the power distribution center agent(PDCA),which is used to coordinate the energy output of photovoltaic(PV),energy storage system(ESS),and distribution station(DS)to solve the problem of grid *** second is the scheduling center agent(SCA),which is used to solve the insufficient battery energy problem due to EVs’random *** SCA includes two *** the first stage,a priority scheduling algorithm is proposed to emphasize the fairness of EV *** the second stage,a genetic algorithm is used to accurately determine the time interval between charging and discharging to ensure the maximum benefit of EV ***,simulation experiments are conducted in AnyLogic,and the results demonstrate the superiority of the algorithm over the classical algorithm.

In this paper,w e provide a novel scheme to solve the motion planning problem of multi-agent systems under high-level task ***,linear temporal logic is applied to express the global task *** an efficient and decentralized algorithm is proposed to decom pose it into local tasks.M oreover,w e use control barrier function to synthesize the local controller for each agent under the linear temporal logic motion plan with safety ***,simulation results show the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed scheme.

Distributed formation control for a multi-agent system with dynamic and static obstacle avoidances

Formation control and obstacle avoidance for multi-agent systems have attracted more and more attention. In this paper, the problems of formation control and obstacle avoidance are investigated by means of a consensus algorithm. A novel distributed control model is proposed for the multi-agent system to form the anticipated formation as well as achieve obstacle avoidance. Based on the consensus algorithm, a distributed control function consisting of three terms （formation control term, velocity matching term, and obstacle avoidance term） is presented. By establishing a novel formation control matrix, a formation control term is constructed such that the agents can converge to consensus and reach the anticipated formation. A new obstacle avoidance function is developed by using the modified potential field approach to make sure that obstacle avoidance can be achieved whether the obstacle is in a dynamic state or a stationary state. A velocity matching term is also put forward to guarantee that the velocities of all agents converge to the same value. Furthermore, stability of the control model is proven. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control.

Distributed H_∞ PID Feedback for Improving Consensus Performance of Arbitrary-delayed multi-agent system

The H∞ proportional-integral-differential(PID) feedback for arbitrary-order delayed multi-agent system is investigated to improve the system performance. The closed-loop multi-input multi-output(MIMO) control framework with the distributed PID controller is firstly described for the multi-agent system in a unified way. Then, by using the matrix theory, the prescribed H∞performance criterion of the multi-agent system is shown to be equivalent to several independent H∞ performance constraints of the single-input single-output(SISO) subsystem with respect to the eigenvalues of the Laplacian matrix. Subsequently, for each subsystem,the set of the PID controllers satisfying the required H∞ performance constraint is analytically characterized based on the extended Hermite-Biehler theorem. Finally, the three-dimensional set of the decentralized H∞ PID control parameters is derived by finding the intersection of the H∞ PID regions for all the decomposed subsystems. The simulation results reveal the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Improved multi-agent system for the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows

The vehicle routing problem with time windows （VRPTW） involves assigning a fleet of limited capacity vehicles to serve a set of customers without violating the capacity and time constraints. This paper presents a multi-agent model system for the VRPTW based on the internal behavior of agents and coordination among the agents. The system presents a formal view of coordination using the traditional contract-net protocol （CNP） that relies on the basic loop of agent behavior for order receiving, order announcement, bid calculation, and order scheduling followed by order execution. An improved CNP method based on a vehicle selection strategy is used to reduce the number of negotiations and the negotiation time. The model is validated using Solomon＇s benchmarks, with the results showing that the improved CNP uses only 30% as many negotiations and only 70% of the negotiation time of the traditional CNP.

Adaptive Co-evolution Model for multi-agent system

It is important to harmonize effectively the behaviors of the agents in the multi-agent system (MAS) to complete the solution process. The co-evolution computing techniques, inspired by natural selection and genetics, are usually used to solve these problems. Based on learning and evolution mechanisms of the biological systems, an adaptive co-evolution model was proposed in this paper. Inner-population, inter-population, and community learning operators were presented. The adaptive co-evolution algorithm (ACEA) was designed in detail. Some simulation experiments were done to evaluate the performance of the ACEA. The results show that the ACEA is more effective and feasible than the genetic algorithm to solve the optimization problems.

In this paper, we provide a novel scheme to solve the motion planning problem of multi-agent systems under highlevel task specifications. First, linear temporal logic is applied to express the global task specification. Then an efficient and decentralization algorithm is proposed to decompose it into local tasks. Finally, we use control barrier function to synthesize the local controller for each agent under the LTL motion plan safety constraint. Simulation results prove the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed method.
