The integrated value of the ecological function of tropical forests in the central mountainous areas of Hainan Island was 33.064 8 billion yuan/a in 2010(soil improvement,soil consolidation,soil nutrient maintenance,water storage and moisture regulation,water purification,carbon sequestration,oxygen releasing,air purification,biodiversity conservation,eco-tourism),equivalent to 16.1%of GDP in Hainan Province this year(205.212 billion yuan).The tropical forests in the central mountainous areas of Hainan Island make great contribution to Hainan Island's ecology,and play an important role in maintaining the stability of the ecological environment in Hainan *** the understanding of major ecological function value of tropical forests,it is necessary to make people cherish the tropical forests in the central ecological function conservation areas of Hainan Province,and spontaneously throw themselves into the ecological environment protection and construction,to promote the rapid and sustainable development of construction in Hainan Province as an international tourism island.

Starting from the concept of greenway and greenway at mountainous area,the paper had discussed functions of greenway at mountainous *** was considered that greenway could ameliorate natural environment and create safe and stable road environment;reconstruct ecological system and recover ecological community;enrich landscape level and form symbolic landscape *** taking Road 1# of pumped storage power station in Xiangshuijian of Anhui Province for example,it had analyzed the general situation of the project and embodiment of mountainous greenway in this project design;illustrated that it had integrated the need of road function,display of greenway function and design concept of humanity connotation;further discussed design methods for each mode section including vertical side slope mode section with serious weathering,abrupt slope mode section with serious weathering and laddered abrupt slope mode section in *** had analyzed landscape design of note turning section and observation deck respectively,preferentially discussed the core designing concept that landscape connotation should be instilled into greenway construction at mountainous area based on the security and ecological recovery principle,so as to provide some significant references for current road greening construction.

In view of the vast mountainous areas and abundant mountainous settlement resources of Dali Bai Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, the authors proposed the significance and necessity of studying landscape features of traditional mountainous settlements of the Bai Nationality by considering policy requirements of "protection system planning of famous historic and cultural cities, towns, villages and blocks in Yunnan Province" and "construction of mountainous towns". On the basis of investigating traditional mountainous settlements of the Bai Nationality in Dali, 5 typical settlements were analyzed from the perspectives of landscape structure, village layout, landscape element, landscape materials and decorative art. And characteristics of traditional mountainous settlements of the Bai Nationality were summarized as "following the nature, adaptive to actual terrains, multidimensional, human-nature oneness".

The status of impoverished population and economic development in Qinling-Bashan mountainous area,Shaanxi is introduced based on the brief account of its general ***,there are a large proportion of rural people and great outflow of population;a considerable proportion of the weak,the disabled,the sick and the dementia and low population quality;weak capacity of the economy to generate profit on its own and declining trend of financial self-sufficiency *** into account that Qinling-Bashan mountainous area is the poorest area with the largest impoverished population and the most complex structure of poverty,the impact of the status of the poor population in Qinling-Bashan mountainous area on its economy is discussed:the first one is backward ecological concept and serious damage to ecological environment;outflow of excellent talents and a serious shortage of labor;the industrial structure is irrational and the resources advantage can not be transformed into economic *** corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed:the first one to build new small town so as to lessen the loss of population;the second one is to provide preferential policies so as to attract and retain qualified person;the third one to develop education and establish the concept of ecological civilization;the fourth one is to unblock the channels of information transmission and restructure the industry.

After summarizing researches on domestic and foreign tourism safety,it was found that there were few research results on mountainous tourism safety,especially tourism safety and tourism safety guarantee system of high and higher mountains with high *** paper had concluded hidden dangers and sources of safe accidents of mountainous tourism,and studied tourism safety guarantee system of high and higher ***,it proposed that tourism safety guarantee system was composed of tourism safety policies and regulations,tourism precaution,tourism safety control,tourism safety rescue and tourism insurance;and finally pointed out components of each factor.

There are abundant excellent tourism resources in Gongga mountainous areas (Mount Gongga, also known as Minya Konka, the highest mountain in Sichuan, China), yet the development thoughts and management modes in this region are far away from the advanced level in other mountainous areas in China or abroad due to the insufficient knowledge about ecotourism. Generally speaking, tourism development in Gongga mountainous areas are limited by various problems such as lack of overall development plan, system support, brand image, financial support and environmental protection consciousness. In view of the present situation of tourism development in this region, sustainable development measures are proposed on the basis of ecotourism and sustainable development theories, including making ecotourism development plan for Gongga mountainous areas, improving transportation conditions, tourism infrastructures and accommodation facilities, training service and management personnel with professional ecological knowledge; establishing ecotourism product system of Gongga mountainous areas; carrying out ecotourism management, innovating management system, setting up ecological monitoring system, implementing scientific functional division of tourism sites, constructing environment capacity control system and disasters management system of mountainous areas, improving medical and mountainous assistance system. Natural conditions and economic development of Gongga mountainous areas are similar to those in western China, it is expected to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for developing the vast mountainous areas in western China through studying the sustainable tourism development of Gongga mountainous areas.

This study introduced the connotation of rural ecotourism,and analyzed the advantages of tourism resources development of mountainous rural landscapes in southern *** this basis,it expounded the existing problems of mountainous rural landscape development in southern Shaanxi,and concluded that its rural landscape resource tourism development was not enough,ecological awareness needed to be strengthened,and the characteristics of rural landscapes were not fully ***,the suggestions and measures for the protection and sustainable development of the ecological environment pattern and the inheritance and excavation of the characteristic culture of the rural landscape were proposed,with a view to providing a reference for the development and construction of rural landscape tourism in China.

Disabled people are the poorest in the rural poor with the biggest difficulty in getting rid of poverty and the highest rate of returning to *** are one of the key groups in rural poverty alleviation *** is the key and difficult point of winning the fight against *** County is a national poverty-stricken county with a large number of disabled *** the implementation of the fight against poverty in 2016,the county has introduced a series of policies and measures to help the disabled to get rid of poverty from housing,medical care,schooling for children of the disabled and income increase,and good results have been achieved in poverty alleviation,making important contributions to the poverty alleviation of the *** on field research and interviews,this paper analyzes and condenses the specific practices,main results and successful experience of the poverty alleviation model in Luquan County,Yunnan Province to provide necessary reference for the targeted poverty alleviation by helping the disabled in Yunnan Province and other provinces.

Plant Planning of Eco-park in mountainous Regions

By studying the planning of Aoshan Park in Jianyang City,a typical eco-park in mountainous regions,the authors analyzed its topography and vegetations,specifically,vegetation types and plant species,and pointed out problems of its present vegetations based on the *** maintaining existing indigenous plant species,plant planning and ecological corridor design was carried out to rebuild the eco-forest belt of *** and optimize landscapes in Aoshan *** landscaping of Aoshan Park,by following the principles of "ecological" and "right trees for right land",has 3 different styles:natural,regular and *** style is mainly located in the cultural experience area by applying regular planting types,such as coupled planting and mass planting;natural style runs through the park from north to south,and takes seasonal changes of landscapes as the theme to show the attraction of nature;mixed style is mainly applied in the recreational vacation area,connecting all independent scenic spots by *** design of ecological corridor should follow the principle of "integrated,protective and diversified",attach more importance to the construction of mountain corridor system,ecological road and river *** species were recommended for vegetation recovery and slope greening in the study *** corresponding suggestions were given for the planning and design of eco-park in mountainous regions.
