The main focus of this work was to design, develop and implementation of competitively robot arm with en- hanced control and stumpy cost. The robot arm was designed with four degrees of freedom and talented to accomplish accurately simple tasks, such as light material handling, which will be integrated into a mobile platform that serves as an assistant for industrial workforce. The robot arm is equipped with several servo motors which do links between arms and perform arm movements. The servo motors include encoder so that no controller was implemented. To control the robot we used Labview, which performs inverse kinematic calculations and communicates the proper angles serially to a microcontroller that drives the servo motors with the capability of modifying position, speed and acceleration. Testing and validation of the robot arm was carried out and results shows that it work properly.

群智创新社区是信息化条件下一种新的创新载体和媒介,可以为企业开展产品研发活动提供大量创新创意。为了更好地管理群智创新社区和用户,选取Local motors社区作为研究对象,通过对不同用户行为进行数据采集与分析,运用聚类分析,从用户创新能力的角度,对不同创新能力的用户进行识别和划分,得出4种不同创新能力的用户类型,并对每种类型的用户进行了社区影响作用分析。科研成果既可丰富相关理论研究,也可为社区管理者提供实践方略与运营建议,有效提升社区管理水平与创新效率。

Computer simulation researches on Direct Torque Control System (DTC) are to be done. That fact is demonstrated:at high speed,the operating property of an induction motor is very good,almost the same as fieldoriented control system fat low speed (for example: below 2-3Hz), the operating property of a motor is getting worse,and the stator resistance R1 of the motor must be compensated. If compensation precision gets 5 %,the operating property of the motor will be greatly improved.

The torque output in a permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is usually controlled by regulating the motor phase currents. In this paper, three kinds of PWM strategies together with some critical review on traditional current measurements in a BLDCM drive system are discussed. A novel method for assessing the PWM information and measuring the motor phase currents by a dc link current sensor is proposed. An attractive feature of the proposed method is the simplicity with the current sample processing because there is no need to incorporate the conduction information of the power switches or diodes. Only the single sided PWM or the double sided complementary PWM is needed with the proposed technique.

It can be widely used in aerospace and other fields for it can work at the lowest temperature of minus 225 degrees Celsius. This kind of permanent magnet material is widely used in motors.
