Synthesis of monodispersed nanosized CeO_2 by hydrolysis of the cerium complex precursor

A cerium-triethanolamine complex was obtained by the reaction of cerium(III) nitrate and triethanolamine in ethanol solution. Spontaneous oxidation of cerium(III) to cerium(IV) by oxygen occurred during the reaction. The complex was crystalline and soluble in water. Nanosized ceria (CeO2) particles could be prepared via hydrolysis of the complex in aqueous solution, and the extent of agglomeration of particles increased with the increase in temperature for hydrolysis. Preparation of Electrically Conductive Filler for Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive

The preparation process of electrically conductive filler for anisotropic conductive adhesive was performed and *** spherical filler contains tri-layer structures: resin core,Ni-P intermediate coating layer,Au outer coating *** 4 μm resin spherical cores were synthesized by monodispersion polymerization *** they were contributed to electrical conductivity by electrolessly plating Ni-P layer and gold *** particles have good corrosion resistance,high stability,and enough mechanical *** mixed with thermosetting epoxy resin to produce anisotropic conductive adhesive(ACA),it can realize a good conductive bonding between bumps on dies and pads on *** environmentally friendly conductive material offers numerous advantages over conventional solder technology and is an ideal substitute for the lead-contained solder in electronics packaging.

As functional polymer materials,monodispersed polystyrene microspheres with microns size could be assembly into photonic *** are of wide prospects for using in many fields such as template materials,optical filer materials, light switch,high-density electromagnetic data storage and chemical and biological chemical sensors,*** monodisperse micron-size polystyrene particles were prepared by emulsifier-free emulsion *** effects of styrene,potassium persulfate concentration and stir velocity on the average diameter of polystyrene and its distribution were mainly *** results showed that with the increasing of concentration of potassium persulfate,particle size *** the increasing of concentration of styrene and stir velocity,particle size increased firstly and then decreased. When the concentration of potassium persulfate was 1.0 mg/ml,the concentration of styrene was 0.08 g/mL and stirring velocity was 230 r/min,size of polystyrene particles were 1.4μm and standard deviation was *** of synthesized products and FT-IR contrastive analysis showed that polystyrene was prepared.
