Considering the recent developments in the digital environment,ensuring a higher level of security for networking systems is *** security approaches are being constantly developed to protect against evolving *** ensemble model for the intrusion classification system yielded promising results based on the knowledge of many prior *** research work aimed to create a more diverse and effective ensemble *** this end,selected six classification models,Logistic Regression(LR),Naive Bayes(NB),K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN),Decision Tree(DT),Support Vector Machine(SVM),and Random Forest(RF)from existing study to run as independent *** the individual models were trained,a Correlation-Based Diversity Matrix(CDM)was created by determining their *** models for the ensemble were chosen by the proposed Modified minimization Approach for Model Subset Selection(Modified-MMS)from Lower triangular-CDM(L-CDM)as *** proposed algorithm performance was assessed using the Network Security Laboratory—Knowledge Discovery in Databases(NSL-KDD)dataset,and several performance metrics,including accuracy,precision,recall,and *** selecting a diverse set of models,the proposed system enhances the performance of an ensemble by reducing overfitting and increasing prediction *** proposed work achieved an impressive accuracy of 99.26%,using only two classification models in an ensemble,which surpasses the performance of a larger ensemble that employs six classification models.

The liquid-solid phase change process of a simple one-dimensional slab is studied in this *** taking entransy dissipation minimization as optimization objective,the optimal external reservoir temperature profiles are derived by using optimal control theory under the condition of a fixed freezing or melting *** entransy dissipation corresponding to the optimal heat exchange strategies of minimum entransy dissipation is 8/9 of that corresponding to constant reservoir temperature operations,which is independent of all system *** obtained results for entransy dissipation minimization are also compared with those obtained for the optimal heat exchange strategies of minimum entropy generation and constant reservoir temperature operations by numerical *** obtained results can provide some theoretical guidelines for the choice of optimal cooling or heating strategy in practical liquid-solid phase change processes.

Blind restoration of turbulence degraded images based on two-channel alternating minimization algorithm

Due to the atmospheric turbulence and the system noise, images are blurred in the astronomical or space object detection. Wavefront aberrations and system noise make the capability of detecting objects decrease greatly. A two-channel image restoration method based on alternating minimization is proposed to restore the turbulence degraded images. The images at different times are regarded as separate channels, then the object and the point spread function(PSF) are reconstructed in an alternative way. There are two optimization parameters in the algorithm: the object and the PSF. Each optimization step is transformed into a constraint problem by variable splitting and processed by the augmented Lagrangian method. The results of simulation and actual experiment verify that the two-channel image restoration method can always converge rapidly within five iterations, and values of normalized root mean square error(NRMSE) remain below 3% after five iterations. Standard deviation data show that optimized alternating minimization(OAM) has strong stability and adaptability to different turbulent levels and noise levels. Restored images are approximate to the ideal imaging by visual assessment, even though atmospheric turbulence and systemnoise have a strong impact on imaging. Additionally, the method can remove noise effectively during the process of image restoration.

This paper proposes a colour variation minimization retinex decomposition and enhancement with a multi-branch decomposition network(CvmD-net)to remove single image darkness. The network overcomes the problem that retinex deep learning model relies on matching bright images to process dark images. Specifically, our method takes two stages to light up the darkness in initial images: image decomposition and brightness optimization. We propose an input constant feature prior mechanism(ICFP) based on reflection constant features. The mechanism extracts structure and colour from the input images and constrains the reflected images output from the decomposition model to reduce color distortion and artifacts. The noise amplification during decomposition is addressed by a multi-branch decomposition network. Sub-networks with different structures are employed to focus on different prediction tasks. This paper proposes a reference mechanism for input brightness. This mechanism optimizes the output brightness distribution by calculating the reference brightness of the dark *** results on two benchmark datasets, namely,LOL and ZeroDCE, demonstrate that the proposed method can better balance dense noise interference and colour restoration. For the evaluation on real images, we collect Skynet images at night to verify the performance of the proposed approach. Compared with the state-of-the-art non-reference retinex decomposition-enhancement models,this paper has the best brightness optimization.

In this paper, a novel energy functional minimization model is proposed for ultrasound images denoising. A controllable regularized term and the variational method are employed in the process of speckle noise. This model not only improves the plasticity of the model, but also improves the effect and efficiency of noise removal. The new model has different diffusion performance in different regions. At the same time, the diffusion performance is related to the parameters introduced by the proposed model. Numerical simulation results show that different parameters have different denoising effects, and the proposed model for speckle noise removal is superior to traditional models.

It is shown that the nonlinear eigenvalue problem can be transformed into a constrained functional problem. The corresponding minimal function is a weak solution of this nonlinear problem. In this paper, one type of the energy functional for a class of the nonlinear Schrodinger eigenvalue problems is proposed, the existence of the minimizing solution is proved and the error estimate is given out.
