The relationship between industrial agglomeration and spatial structure of city-regions is a basic study in the field of urban *** paper analyses the action mechanism of industrial agglomeration on city-regions,and measures agglomeration level and spatial distribution of manufacturing industry in Guanzhong city-regions with the method of Index of Ellison and Glaeser and Location *** result indicates that industrial agglomeration make an important action on spatial functions and spatial form of Guanzhong city-regions:consumer labour-intensive industries and most capital and technology-intensive industries are agglomerate in Xi’an;productive labour-intensive industries and a few capital and technology-intensive industries are agglomerate in Baoji and Weinan;and a few productive labour-intensive industries are agglomerate in Xianyang and *** spatial form of Guanzhong city-regions is "1,3,1" into "1,2,2".Therefore,there is a corresponding rule of spatial distribution between industrial agglomeration and spatial structure of Guanzhong city-regions,which is a scientific basis for the development of industrial agglomeration and the optimization of spatial structure of Guanzhong city-regions.
