This paper briefly reviews different debates about approaches for paths out of poverty,considering several views,from the analysis of specific policies to more general or systemic *** contribution of this paper is to present a broad outline of those debates and to serve as an illustration of the complexity of analyzing paths out of *** discusses in sequence,the more microeconomic approach of evaluation of individual policies for poverty alleviation;then it moves to broader issues of growth and development strategies,and macroeconomic policies,and their links to the persistence or reduction of poverty;and finally discusses the topic of institutions,related to how policy decisions are made and enforced in societies at the previous three ***,the concluding section argues that a successful program to eliminate poverty must integrate all levels of individual policies,macroeconomic programs,development strategies and good *** paper hopes to contribute to that crucial work.

An active transportation and demand management framework focusing on tradable mobility credits(TMC)is integrated into an agent-based modeling and simulation(ABMS)*** this framework,it is conceived that an auction market within which mobility credits can be transferred between buyers and sellers is constructed in *** idea of ABMS is extensively incorporated to mimic system users’daily route choices as well as market-related micro-economical decision making process under TMC *** are able to form individual propensities towards available bid/ask choices by reinforcement learning *** integrated platform offers a brand new insight view of microscopic aspect of the daily operations of credit transfer market,which has hardly been obtained by prior analytical ***-to-day traffic dynamics and market dynamics can be ***,market MOEs,including convergence,stability,efficiency and relative market powers of buyers and sellers under different market policies are investigated.

This study analyzed the potential impact of the increased oil volatility on the industries and the global economy. Specifically, it separated the oil price fluctuations into positive and negative components, and modeled the return of industry portfolios with them. Next, the sensitivity of the airline industry to oil price was investigated to gauge the effectiveness of their hedging strategies, with the hope that the methodology can be extended to other industries. In addition, this paper explored the macroeconomic impact of oil price movements by examining the benchmarks such as GDP and CPI.

Quality and efficiency are the two most important factors for the survival of an *** is essential,then *** the quality in the first place,to ensure the efficiency of the *** can imagine when the first step didn’t *** in the enterprise management should always put the quality in mind,always inspire the concept of ***’t put efficiency in your mouth every day,because it is too snobbish and haste makes *** recruit some of the level of people to serve for the enterprise,and reuse it,in order to constantly achieve new things,so that the quality gradually *** continuous contact with workers,to understand the real content of the product and equipment,so that the increasingof the product *** addition,the requirements of customers should be discussed quickly and communicated with the production department,so that the product quality can be improved and the cost can be reduced to seek higher *** purchase order decides technology which decides quality and efficiency as *** latter determines goods quality and quantity through equipment by staffs who is capable of the equipment such as machinery *** is mould which could be designed too through fit size and material.
