Background:Deep vein thrombosis(DVT) is a common peripheral vascular disease which may result in pulmonary embolism and serious long-term *** found that decreased forkhead box protein 3(FOXP3) was involved in ***,the molecular mechanisms leading to the reduced FOXP3 in DVT remain ***,we proposed that the epigenetic modification of FOXP3 at the post-transcriptional level may be a crucial trigger for FOXP3 down-regulation in ***:To explore the association between microRNAs(mirNAs) and FOXP3 in DVT,we performed microRNA microarray analysis and experiments both in vitro and in *** upstream mirNAs regulators of FOXP3 were predicted by in silico target prediction *** expressions of mir-6132 and FOXP3 were detected using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR),flow cytometry and Western blot as *** luciferase reporter assay was used to identify the interaction between mir-6132 and FOXP3.A murine model of DVT was established to investigate the role of mir-61 32 by Hematoxylin-Eosin(H&E) ***:Microarray and qRT-PCR results showed that mir-6132 was significantly negatively correlated with *** in vitro showed that overexpressed mir-6132 reduced FOXP3 expression,while mir-6132 knockdown increased FOXP3 ***,in vivo studies revealed that DVT mice with agomir-6132 delivery resulted in decreased FOXP3 expression and aggravated DVT formation,whereas antagomir-6132 acted *** luciferase reporter assay identified direct binding between mir-6132 and ***:These results elucidated that increased mir-6132 promotes DVT formation by downregulating FOXP3 ***-61 32 may have application potential in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of DVT.
