Plasmon Bi in-situ anchored on BiOCl nanosheets assembled microspheres towards optimized photothermal-photocatalytic performance

Interface engineering is of great importance to improve the photocatalytic ***,in-situ formation plasmon Bi/BiOCl nanosheets assembled heterojunction microspheres are fabricated via facile reductive solvothermal *** aldehyde group in the DMF structure is used to exert the weak reducing property of the solvent and thus strip out the metal Bi in *** metal Bi is anchored on surface of BiOCl firmly due to in-situ formation engineered interface,which could realize efficient charge transfer *** resultant Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions assemblies with narrow bandgap of 3.05 eV and mesoporous structure extend the photoresponse to visible light region and could provide sufficient surface active *** visible-light-driven photocatalytic degradation of high-toxic norfloxacin for Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions is up to 95.5%within 20 min,representing several times that of pristine BiOCl nanosheets and the physical *** is attributed to the in-situ formation of Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions and surface plasmon resonance(SPR)effect of plasmon Bi promoting charge transfer,and the obvious photothermal effect promoting the photocatalytic reaction,which are verified by experimental and density functional theory(DFT)*** strategy provides ideal perspectives for fabricating metal/semiconductor heterojunctions photocatalysts with high-performance.

A Two-dimensional Covalent Organic Framework for Iodine Adsorption

Radioactive iodine is a notorious pollutant in gas radioactive nuclear waste due to its radiation hazard, volatility, chemical toxicity, and high mobility. Therefore, developing a material with high efficiency-specific iodine capture is significant. Covalent organic framework(COF) has attracted significant attention as a new crystalline porous organic material. Due to its large specific surface and high chemical stability, it is an excellent alternative to adsorbents. Herein, we report a chemically stable two-dimensional COF(termed JUC-609) with specific adsorption of iodine. Adsorption experiments show that JUC-609 has an excellent iodine adsorption capacity as high as 5.9 g/g under 353 K and normal pressure condition, and iodine adsorption after multiple cycles is still maintained. Our study thus promotes the potential application of COFs in the field of environment-related applications.

Influence of Drying Methods on Fractal Geometric Characteristics of mesoporous Silica Aerogels

Chemical modification/ambient drying method and freeze drying method were introduced to research the synthesis of mesoporous silica aerogels. By analyzing N2 gas adsorption/desorption isotherms, the fractal geometric characteristics of gels were focused. The overall surface fractal dimensions were determined by analyzing N2 gas adsorption branch and a Frenkel-Halsey-Hill （FHH） equation was empolyed to determine surface fractal dimension Df It is found that, during ambient drying process, VTMCS/VWetgel ratio plays a crucial role in the changes of geometric feature, the key point is 50%, when the ratio is lower, and surface roughness increases with the ratio, when it exceeds 50%, the surface is almost unaffected by the modification. While freeze drying always tends to get larger Df freeze drying process could cause a rough surface of the gels. Compared with traditional porosity and specific surface area analyses, fractal geometry may be expected to be favorable for mesoporous structural analyses of materials.

化学机械抛光技术通过抛光液中化学试剂的化学腐蚀和纳米磨粒的机械磨削双重耦合作用,在原子水平上去除材料表面缺陷,实现全局平坦化表面加工,现已成为关键零部件和器件材料的超精密表面制造的关键手段.在化学机械抛光加工中,纳米磨粒是外加机械能向抛光系统输入和转化的媒介.磨粒的机械性能很大程度上影响着化学机械抛光加工过程中机械作用的强弱,决定着加工性能的优劣.本文主要针对碲锌镉晶体的软脆难加工特性,对传统实心球形磨粒进行了结构和形貌的双重改性,合成了一系列长径比可控、介孔结构排列有序的棒状二氧化硅磨料.与商用硅溶胶、实心及介孔二氧化硅球形磨粒相比,棒状介孔磨粒由于其类弹簧多孔结构和大尺寸接触面积,在化学机械抛光实验中展现出优异的弹性变形能力和高质高效超精密表面加工能力.此外,通过分析X射线光电子能谱和其他表征结果,本文对所提出的绿色环保化学机械抛光液在碲锌镉晶体化学机械抛光加工中的潜在作用机理进行了说明,这将为改善磨料的切削性和难加工材料的精密制造提供新的策略.

Globin-like mesoporous CeO2： A CO-assisted synthesis based on carbonate hydroxide precursors and its applications in low temperature CO oxidation

Globin-like mesoporous CeO2 has been constructed by using a CO-assisted synthetic approach based on hydroxide carbonate precursors, in which CO plays a key role in the formation of the globin-like mesoporous precursors as the carbon source because of its preferential adsorption on Ce^3＋ under the hydrothermal conditions. The formation mechanism and the thermal transformation process from globin-like mesoporous CeCO3OH to CeO2 have been investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, BET surface area measurements, thermal analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spec- troscopy. Rod-like building blocks interconnected by nanoparticles circle around to form each globin-like CeO2 spheres, leading to the formation of a mesoporous structure. The globin-like mesoporous CeO2 shows much better performance in CO catalytic oxidation than ordinary CeO2 nanoparticles obtained by directly calcining cerium nitrate. Moreover, the globin-like mesoporous CeO2 can act as an ideal matrix for supported catalysts. Metallic Au particles can be well dispersed in the globin-like CeO2 matrix to form Au/CeO2 supported catalysts, which exhibit excellent activity for CO oxidation at room temperature.

Hierarchical SAPO-11 Molecular Sieve for n-Alkane Hydroisomerization Synthesized by Directing Agent Method

Silicoaluminophosphates SAPO-11 molecular sieves with small particle size and hierarchical pores were synthesized using the directing agent *** effect of crystallization time on the particle structure,morphology,pore structure properties,and acid properties of SAPO-11 molecular sieves were *** the SAPO-11 molecular sieves synthesized with the conventional method,the results of XRD,SEM,BET and NH3-TPD analyses showed that the SAPO-11 molecular sieves synthesized by the directing agent method in a shorter crystallization time exhibited fine and uniform *** increasing the crystallization time,the particle size of SAPO-11 molecular sieve was significantly reduced,and the mesoporous structure(intercrystalline pores)was ***,the external specific surface area and the total specific surface area reached 81.7 m^2/g and 192.0 m^2/g,respectively,which effectively reduced the pore mass transfer resistance and significantly increased the number of acid *** results of n-dodecane hydroisomerization revealed that the Pt/SAPO-11 prepared with the novel method exhibited higher catalytic activity and better hydroisomerization selectivity than that synthesized by the conventional hydrothermal ***,the small particle molecular sieve showed a promising industrial application prospect to be used as catalyst support.

Designing mesostructured iron (Ⅱ) fluorides with a stable in situ polymer electrolyte interface for high-energy-density lithium-ion batteries

As high-energy cathode materials,conversion-type metal fluorides provide a prospective pathway for developing next-generation lithium-ion ***,they suffer from severe performance decay owing to continuous structural destruction and active material dissolution upon cycling,which worsen at elevated ***,we design a novel FeF2 cathode with in situ polymerized solid-state electrolyte systems to enhance the cycling ability of metal fluorides at 60 *** FeF2 with a mesoporous structure(meso-FeF2)improves Liþdiffusion and relieves the volume change that typically occurs during the alternating conversion *** structural stability of the meso-FeF2 cathode is strengthened by an in situ polymerized solid-state electrolyte,which prevents the pulverization and ion dissolution that are inevitable for conventional liquid *** the double action of this in situ polymerized solid-state electrolyte and the meso-FeF2's mesoporous structure,the active material maintains an intact SEI layer and part of the mesoporous structure after long charge–discharge cycling,showing excellent cycling stability at high temperatures.

Synthesis of three-dimensional ordered mesoporous MnO_2 and its catalytic performance in formaldehyde oxidation

Three-dimensional（3D）ordered mesoporous MnO2 was prepared using KIT-6 mesoporous molecular sieves as a hard *** material was used for catalytic oxidation of *** material has high surface areas and the mesoporous characteristics of the template,with cubic symmetry（ia3d）.It consists of a β-MnO2 crystalline phase corresponding to pyrolusite,with a rutile *** electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed that the 3D-MnO2 catalyst has a large number of exposed Mn4＋ ions on the（110）crystal plane surfaces,with a lattice spacing of 0.311 nm; this enhances oxidation of *** conversion of HCHO to CO2 and H2O was achieved at 130 °C on 3D-MnO2; the same conversions on α-MnO2 and β-MnO2 nanorods were obtained at 140 and 180 °C,respectively,under the same *** specific mesoporous structure,high specific surface area,and large number of surface Mn4＋ ions are responsible for the catalytic activity of 3D-MnO2 in HCHO oxidation.

Grinding sol gel synthesis and electrochemical performance of mesoporous Li_3V_2(PO_4)_3 cathode materials

Li3V2（PO4）3 precursor was obtained with ***2O , LiOH＇H2O, NH4H2PO4 and sucrose as starting materials by grinding-sol-gel method, and then the monoclinic-typed Li3Vz（PO4）3 cathode material was prepared by sintering the amorphous Li3V2（PO4）3. The as-sintered samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, N2 adsorption-desorption and electrochemical measurement. It is found that Li3Vz（PO4）3 sintered at 700 ℃ possesses good wormhole-like mesoporous structure with the largest specific surface area of 188 cmZ/g, and the smallest pore size of 9.3 nm. Electrochemical test reveals that the initial discharge capacity of the 700 ℃ sintered sample is 155.9 mA.h/g at the rate of 0.2C, and the capacity retains 154 mA.h/g after 50 cycles, exhibiting a stable discharge capacity at room temperature.
