Exploiting highly stretchable perovskite solar cells(PSCs) offers avenues for self-powered wearable and skin-interfaced electronics ***,realizing stretchable PSCs that can accommodate large strain and feature robust mechanical cyclic stability is still ***,kirigami design was utilized to effectively impart stretchability to PSCs through out-of-plane deformation,which can significantly reduce the strain in the device by 2 orders of magnitude compared with that in the pristine *** virtue of the extremely low strain in the device,the demonstrated kirigami-based PSCs were able to endure various high mechanical deformation,including stretchability(strain up to 200%),twistability(angle up to 450°),and bendability(radius down to 0.5 mm).More impressively,the kirigami PSCs exhibited high mechanical cyclic stability with stable performance after undergoing 1000 repetitive cycles of stretching,twisting,and *** kirigami design provides an appealing route to achieve high deformability for solar cells as well as other optoelectronic devices.
