Dual-listed firms simultaneously follow the relevant rules in their home country and in their cross-listed *** contrast,other firms only listed in the cross-listed country are only subject to the local *** literature has found evidence that cross-listing can improve firms' information transparency because of more stringent listing rules in the cross-listed *** existing research,however,has not paid enough attention to the potential influence of dual-listed firms and their home country institutional factors(*** disclosure policies) on other firms only listed in the cross-listed country(*** effect).In the Hong Kong market,Chinese dual-listed firms are under the mandatory profit warning regulation of China's Mainland,but other firms listed only in Hong Kong only need to follow the voluntary disclosure rule of the Hong Kong Stock *** a setting provides us with the opportunity to investigate a spillover effect,*** these Chinese dual-listed firms influence their peers only listed in Hong Kong to release profit *** find that firms only listed in Hong Kong are more likely to issue profit warnings if their Chinese dual-listed peers have also issued *** further find that this spillover effect increases with the market capitalization of Chinese duallisted firms and increases with the market share of these firms before they dominate the ***,due to an underlying duty to disclose material information in Hong Kong,the spillover effect is weaker for firms with large earnings surprises.

I rather deliberately use artifact and object in my title rather than thing and thingness. My aim is to emphasise the ars/artis element of making/fabricating and facts /objects as outcomes/realities. Bruno Latour has made an elegant pas-tiche of the terms fetish and fact to create hybrid factiches - which I am certainly taking advantage of. My focus is also Theodore Adorno’s use of the term object to characterise why it is so often used negatively as the decontextualised object. The quote I want to use is from the beginning of his article Valery Proust Museum in the collection Prisms –“The German word museal ( museum like ) has un-pleasant overtones. It describes objects to which the observer no longer has any vital relationship and which are in the process of dying. They owe their preservation more to historical respect than to the needs of the present.” Thankfully a little later he goes on to say:“One cannot be content,however, with the general recognition of a negative situation. An intellectual dispute like this must be fought out with specific arguments.” So I want to present one to retrieve the value of de-contextualised objects. In the back of my mind is that other dispute on this theme in archaeological dialogues. Tim In-gold takes materials seriously and accuses the ma-terial culture bunch at UCL ( University College London) of reducing materials to social relations or sociality. A seemingly unlikely hero for Tim Ingold is Henry Hodges who wrote a book Artifacts. Ingold advocates the autonomy of the object/ materials separately from peoples’ intentions towards them. In his response to Tim Ingold, Danny Miller accused him of primitivism - a desire to naturalise the world – see us all inhabiting it through natural processes of self-making - making things /doing things for ourselves. 数字时代，传播学过去那种仅仅关注静止的研究对象、强调文本表征维度的研究视角，已经难以完全囊括当下丰富的传播现象以及媒介与社会之关系。本研究试图引入“新移动范式”，为传播学开辟新的研究路径提供思路。新移动范式以“移动”为出发点重新检视和反思了社会学的传统理论和分析视角，并基于对不同学科理论资源的整合提出了“在地化、关系性和物质性”的分析框架。本研究力图说明，数字时代的传播研究如何能够从上述分析框架中获得启示，由此重新划定研究对象和问题域，超越功能主义的认识论，并且迈向一种非人类中心主义的视野。

Taking the Big Bang as an established fact, the question inevitably arises about what exactly caused it, in what environment could it have happened and what happened before it. The developed approach allows us to shed light on many raised questions and to establish what universal laws and structures formed what happened before the Big Bang, to understand its cause and the dynamic processes that led to it. This required a radical revision of many views, giving them a new meaning and content. This approach has led to a consistent and conceptually new understanding of these phenomena, which allowed correctly formulate questions to which there are still no clear answers. Based on this formulation of the problem, we came to new ideas about the nature of Dark energy, Dark matter and the region of their birth, formulated and described the mechanism of the formation of worlds and their hierarchy on the other side of the Big Bang and the mechanism of this explosion itself. The Primary Parent Particle was introduced into the concept, which was the basis of everything and is the carrier of the fundamental Primary space introduced by us, which had at least two phase states. This particle consists of Beginnings united in the form of Borromeo rings. This made it possible to calculate the structure and primary spectrum of elementary particles that arose on the other side of the Big Bang, the mechanisms of their formation and the resulting fundamental interactions that lead to the existence of vortices before the Big Bang;the mechanisms of the birth of multiple universes and much more are also considered. The concept of the “cosmic genetic code" is introduced, the characteristics and mechanism of its formation before the Big Bang are presented.

String theory and quantum loop gravity have given us a lot of hope and have achieved some success in trying to build a quantum theory of gravity. However, we still don’t have definitive answers. In this paper, we substantiate the idea of the existence of a Primary Parent Particle, constituents of the medium of primary matter before the Big Bang and describe its structure, consisting of three Beginnings united in the form of Borromeo rings. We derived a generalization of the Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization rules on the multidimensional case and considered problems of the embedding spaces into the each other based on the Nash theorems. Assuming that at the distances occupied by the triad we can consider the space Euclidean flat, we introduce quantum mechanical equations describing them. The problems of constructing the theory of quantum gravity and Dark matter radiation are considered separately. As part of our approach, we describe the acceleration of the Universe created by Dark Energy during expansion. We criticize principle of dualism, which can be used only for linear theories, but is not applicable to nonlinear theories. We investigated various distributions of dark matter densities and the gravitational potentials induced by them in galaxies and velocities for rotation curves. The main goal in the article was to show self-deployment of the Universe and its origin before Big Bang.

China’s wenxianxue(bibliographic study of classical works)is an instrumental discipline centered on the methods and techniques of"working on documents."It provides reliable texts and materials for other disciplines,but also needs to give consideration to its own distinctive features and academic *** research topics should focus on the documents themselves,rather than being confined to the methods and techniques of textual ***,materiality,historicity,and sociality are the four most important elements of the literature,and the bibliographic study of classical literature should involve the holistic study of all four *** we analyze the historicity of the literature longitudinally and reveal its sociality horizontally,combining internal documentary research with research external to the documents,we may be able to attempt the creation of holistic research on"living"literature.

The material authenticity of cultural heritage has been questioned by societies in which the modern paradigm of conservation has not developed from within the native *** paper examines the philosophical and practical traditions in Iran regarding the materiality and authenticity of past *** reviewing the emergence of the Western conservation paradigm in Iran,this paper highlights two key factors:the rapidness of this paradigm shift and the remarkable contradiction between the new and old *** borrowing the Deleuzo-Guattarian concept of a‘body without organs’(BwO),this paper problematises the rapidness and radicality of the paradigm shift in *** suggests exploring the under-investigated possibilities between the pre-modern and modern paradigms to address the gap between native circumstances and Western standards.
