Nowadays,nanoparticles(NPs)are considered to be ideal tools for bioimaging and drug *** increasing research has focused on NP biodistribution,transportation in the interstitial architecture has been *** entire body is connected by the interstitial architecture,which can provide a long-range and direct pathway for NP biodistribution in a nonvascular *** this study,we report that 10-nm gold NPs injected directly into the interstitial architecture of the tarsal tunnel of rats(intervaginal space injection(ISI))were delivered to the brain without crossing the blood-brain ***,NaGdF4 nanoparticles were used to explore the transportation route by magnetic resonance *** results demonstrated that,after ISI,the NaGdF4 nanoparticles were transported through the perivascular interstitial space of the carotid arteries and brain vessels to the *** is a special nonvascular transportation route like a stream based on the interstitial architecture that provides an alternative pathway for NP biodistribution.

This paper is devoted to results on the Moser-Trudinger-Onofri inequality, or the Onofri inequality for brevity. In dimension two this inequality plays a role similar to that of the Sobolev inequality in higher dimensions. After justifying this statement by recovering the Onofri inequality through various limiting procedures and after reviewing some known results, the authors state several elementary *** new results are also proved in this paper. A proof of the inequality is given by using mass transportation methods(in the radial case), consistently with similar results for Sobolev inequalities. The authors investigate how duality can be used to improve the Onofri inequality, in connection with the logarithmic Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev *** the framework of fast diffusion equations, it is established that the inequality is an entropy-entropy production inequality, which provides an integral remainder term. Finally,a proof of the inequality based on rigidity methods is given and a related nonlinear flow is introduced.

Transmembrane transport plays an important role in many physiological functions,and mimicking this biological process in artificial systems has potential applications in biosensing,drug delivery,and bionic ***,a lipophilic split aptamer was developed as a novel transmembrane carrier for adenosine triphosphate(ATP)*** ATP carrier comprises two split aptamer fragments and cholesterol tags,with the split aptamers acting as targetrecognition domains to enhance their specific binding capability and the cholesterol tags as hydrophobic domains to facilitate membrane *** unilamellar vesicle experiments demonstrated that the ATP carrier-mediated transmembrane transport was concentration-and time-dependent and showed high transport ***,the artificial carriers were applicable to living cells and facilitated rapid cell internalization of fluorescencelabeled ***,carrier-mediated ATP transport into ATP-deficient cells enabled recovery of cellular ATP levels and improved cell *** study demonstrated the efficacy of an aptamer nanostructure for designing DNA-based synthetic carriers with high selectivity and flexibility.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs), which are composed of metal nodes and organic ligands, possess crystal phase, ordered well-defined porous structure and large surface area. Since first reported in 1990, MOFs have attracted extensive attention and the fabrication of MOF membranes has expanded their applications and endowed them with a bright future in various fields. The mass transportation process through MOF membranes is vital during their diverse applications. In this review, the strategies of preparing continuous and well-intergrown MOF membranes are presented *** selective transportation processes of gas molecules, liquid molecules and ions through MOF membranes are discussed in detail, respectively. The effects of pore entrance size, interaction, functional groups decorating on the ligands and guest components on mass transportation have been summarized in this review as well. In addition, MOF membranes with selective transportation performance demonstrate potential in separation, catalysis, energy transformation and storage devices,and so on.
