Anatomical Structure of Vegetative and Generative Organs of <i>Silybum marianum</i>(L.) Gaertn. (Fam. Asteraceae)

The article provides information about the anatomical structure of the vegetative and generative organs grown in Tashkent conditions, and reveals the structural features: a mesomorphic leaf, a dorsi-central mesophyll type characteristic of dicotyledonous plants;stem beam type. A comparative analysis of the anatomical structure showed that the seed coat has a general plan of the structure with other members of the family Asteraceae.

[目的]考察不同水飞蓟种子处理方法对植株生长及所结果实中水飞蓟素含量的影响,确定种子的最佳处理方法。[方法]将水飞蓟种子分别经冷藏、冷冻等方法处理后播种,考察种子的发芽率、株高、株幅、现蕾时间及单株产量,并比较所结果实中水飞蓟素的含量,筛选种子的最佳处理方法。[结果]水飞蓟种子经超低温处理后播种发芽率最低,生长最弱,果实中水飞蓟素含量最低;自然越冬处理(秋季播种)的种子萌发后长势好,产量最高,且所结果实中水飞蓟素的含量最高。[结论]水飞蓟种子在秋季播种后植株的生长状况较好,产量高,值得进一步研究和推广。

The use of medicinal plants in treating illnesses has been reported since ancestral *** the case of hepatic diseases,several species such as Silybum marianum,Phyllanthus niruri,and Panus giganteus(Berk.)have been shown to ameliorate hepatic *** is a natural compound derived from the species Silybum marianum,which is commonly known as Milk *** plant contains at least seven flavoligands and the flavonoid *** hepatoprotective and antioxidant activity of silymarin is caused by its ability to inhibit the free radicals that are produced from the metabolism of toxic substances such as ethanol,acetaminophen,and carbon *** generation of free radicals is known to damage cellular membranes and cause *** enhances hepatic glutathione and may contribute to the antioxidant defense of the *** has also been shown that silymarin increases protein synthesis in hepatocytes by stimulating RNA polymerase I activity.A previous study on humans reported that silymarin treatment caused a slight increase in the survival of patients with cirrhotic alcoholism compared with untreated controls.
