Background:The incidence of malignant tumors is increasing year by year,which is one of the public health problems that seriously threaten global human health and has become the number one cause of death among Chinese *** the rapid development of scientific research,tumor treatment methods are emerging,and currently the commonly used tumor treatment methods mainly include surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and targeted *** initial clinical treatment effect of many tumors is ***,with the prolongation of treatment time,tumors often develop drug resistance and are prone to recurrence,which brings serious challenges for clinical *** recent years,tumor immunotherapy has become one of the hot spots of current research because it can make up for the shortcomings of surgical treatment such as easy metastasis and recurrence,and the toxic side effects of radiotherapy and *** immunotherapy controls and kills tumor cells by stimulating or rebuilding the immune system of the body,which is another effective tumor treatment after surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted ***,first-generation immune checkpoint inhibitors programmed death receptor 1 and its ligands（anti-PD-1/PD-L1） drugs are effective in only 20-40% of patients,most of whom have not yet benefited from them,and the high cost of treatment and benefits in immunotherapy do not match in most *** to improve the efficacy is the focus of current tumor immunization research,and there is an urgent clinical need for objective biomarkers as accurate predictors of immunotherapy *** are few clinical studies on the dynamic changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulations in tumor patients before and after *** this study,we analyzed the changes of lymphocyte subpopulation levels in tumor patients before and after PD-1 treatment to investigate the effects of *** effect of inhibitors on the immune function of the organism an
