we use the magnetic field data from C/NOFS after correcting the interpolation data to study the MLT variations and the propagations of magnetic perturbations,and their relationships with interplanetary *** fitting the measurements during 32 magnetic storms in2008-2013 with off-center ellipses,we find the MLT variations of magnetic perturbations produced by the ring current are widely dawn-dusk asymmetric and partly day-night asymmetric in main phase which can indirectly reflects the asymmetry of the ring ***,the asymmetry changes from dawn-dusk to *** we consider a dusk-centered partial ring current often shifts eastward to the night side in about 10 hours,and then reduces during the recovery phases of some *** think it is because of the continuous enhancing of dawn-dusk convection electric field and the shielding electric field caused by dawn-dusk convection electric ***,we discuss the relationships between the variations of northward magnetic perturbations and the interplanetary parameters,and find significant variations of all solar wind parameters can affect the intensity of ring *** BZ has a great influence on the intensity of northward magnetic perturbations and the dawn-dusk asymmetry of northward magnetic *** is because IMF BZ can drive convection electric field which has a great influence on the intensity and the dawn-dusk asymmetry of ring current.

We report on current profile evolution in EAST NBI driven plasmas where two neutral beams are injected,one during the current ramp phase and the second during *** the end of the current ramp phase,it is found that a flat q profile with q0-1 is achieved with low magnetic shear in the *** is observed that plasma current and density both relax much faster than resistive time,even in the absence of sawtooth activity when H-L transition *** fluctuations associated with magnetic perturbations（3/2） as a precursor to the H-L transition are *** is likely that these modes play a role in fast current transport.

Preliminary Study of the magnetic Perturbation Effects on the Edge Density Profiles and Fluctuations Using Reflectometers on EAST

The resonant magnetic perturbation （RMP） coils have been successfully designed and installed on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak （EAST）. Using the reflectometer systems, the density profile and the density fluctuations during magnetic perturbations （MPs） phase have been investigated. During the experiments, two different cases are studied separately： steady MPs and rotating MPs. In both cases, a strongly density pump-out has been observed. In the steady MPs cases, an enhancement of the low frequency （〈60 kHz） density fluctuations in H-mode phase has been observed. The plasma density boundary out-shifts 5~ caused by the MPs. The pedestal density gradient is reduced by 50%, while the radial location nearly stays unchanged. In the rotating MPs, the line-averaged density, the D~ emission at the divertor region and the spectrum of the density fluctuations are modulated. The results suggest that the low frequency （〈60 kHz） density fluctuations may contribute to the strong density pump-out.
