It can be seen that it is of great practical signi？ cance to evaluate practice teaching of tourism management specialty. Tourism management professional ability training objectives that is mainly refers to develop the tourism, ecology, tourism economics, tourism planning and development, management of travel agencies, tour guides, hotel management and tourism scenic spot management expertise, has complete professional ability has a skilled job skills in tourism industry to cultivate specialized personnel with high quality. The new local colleges and universities as an important role in higher education, entrepreneurship education in the process of exploring the important role of the gradually emerging and to explore the development of the entrepreneurship education in new local colleges and universities will help to cultivate pioneering talents extensively. This paper analyzes the issue from the essential perspective that will improve the general quality of the education.

My opinions for Local Colleges to Practice General Education

The purpose of the thesis is to apply the research results of general education into local colleges, combining their own real situation to find a kind of reasonable educational *** the one hand, the author intends to build a new idea of general education in practicing it. On the other hand, the author hopes to combine professional education with the general education of local colleges and research the effective strategy in building general education of local colleges. According to a research, the characters of general education lie in using content of courses to cultivate qualified people who can meet the needs of society and build general education with their own local features. Therefore, the thesis mainly has three intentions. First it can further develop the general education of local colleges by researching general education. Second, it can solve problems about the existence and development of higher education. Third, it can help local colleges adapt to development and changes of modern and future ages.

本文分析了我国地方高校入围ESI世界前1％学科的现状及趋势，以此检视我国地方高校科研发展情况。结果表明，近年来我国地方高校科研建设成效显著，科研整体实现快速发展，科研水平不断提高；但科研比较优势还不明显，科研创新能力和学术影响力仍然较弱，在各学科领域的发展不均衡；大部分科研水平较高的地方高校在单一学科领域实现快速发展，少数地方高校成功向综合性研究型大学转型。基于分析结果，提出我国地方高校科研的进一步发展的建议。

In this paper, the author reflects the evaluation and appraisal systems for the construction of the characteristic specialty. Guided by the selection of the contents and the path of the construction of the characteristic specialty, from the dimension of reviewing the problems existing in the construction, with the defects of the deliberative evaluation index as the power of the correction, on the foundation of distinguishing the necessity of the construction of the evaluation, the author u＇eats the construction and the innovation as the connotation of the evaluating indexes, refers to the data for the professional evaluation as the reference model, and reconstructs the evaluation systems of the construction of the characteristic specialty.

This paper focuses on the assessment of college Specialty Construction Project quality. On the basis of conducting researches and analysises of Specialty Construction Practice, the anther selected projects indicators of construction content with high frequency as evaluation index constituent connotation, referring to professional evaluation index system of provincial brand, and defended the issue that there will be no characteristic projects of specialty evaluate; formed the basic architecture of local colleges specialty evaluation index system, clearing grading assessment model, making debate analysis on its value orientation; and confirmed that the Ministry of Education is the main project, the university is the main building, and the provincial education administrative departments or the third party certification is the assessment mainbody, in this way to constitute the innovation management mode of Specialty Construction.
