The assumption of the local equilibrium of hydrogen distribution in metals[1]was used in the model formerly developed[2]to describe the diffu- sion of hydrogen in *** the assumption a direct relationship between the hydrogen diffusivity and the hydrogen concentration in metals is estab- lished as D=D_o/{1+N_x(k/p)/[1+C(k/p)]} The comparison between the two results drawn from the assumption of equilibrium and the dynam- ics of hydrogen trapping[3]was also *** computation results well explained the scattering phenomenon existed in hydrogen diffusion data and suggested that the experimental conditions should be identical for the study of hydrogen permeation in metals.

Frank’s theory describes that a screw dislocation will produce a pit on the surface,and has been evidenced in many material systems including ***,the size of the pit calculated from the theory deviates significantly from experimental *** a careful observation of the variations of surface pits and local surface morphology with growing temperature and V/III ratio for c-plane GaN,we believe that Frank’s model is valid only in a small local surface area where thermodynamic equilibrium state can be assumed to stay the *** the kinetic process is too vigorous or too slow to reach a balance,the local equilibrium range will be too small for the center and edge of the screw dislocation spiral to be kept in the same equilibrium *** the curvature at the center of the dislocation core reaches the critical value 1/r0,at the edge of the spiral,the accelerating rate of the curvature may not fall to zero,so the pit cannot reach a stationary shape and will keep enlarging under the control of minimization of surface energy to result in a large-sized surface pit.

The scaling and additivity properties of Rényi entropy in rapidity space of the instanton final state （IFS） and current jet identified by the r-sorting method from the QCDINS Monte Carlo event sample are studied. Asymptotic scaling of the Rényi entropy H2 is observed for the IFS while H2 for the current jet jtends to saturation with decreasing phase space scale. Furthermore, it is found that the additivity of H2 holds well for the IFS in narrow rapidity windows at different positions. These results indicate that the IFS produced in the instanton-induced process of deep inelastic scattering has reached local equilibrium.

In this paper, elliptic flow is studied at fixed centrality in Au＋Au collision at √sNN=200 GeV in the AMPT model. It is observed that with the participant increasing, elliptic flow has an increase or a decrease at different fixed impact parameter, but it does not have a trivial fluctuation. It is analyzed that the initial space anisotropy dominates the participant dependence of elliptic flow in near-central collisions（b=5 fm） and mid-central collisions（b=8 fm）, while the interaction between particles can mainly answer for the behavior of elliptic flow with participant in peripheral collisions （b=12 fm）. To distinguish the pure geometrical effect, elliptic flow scaled by initial eccentricity is studied. It is found that the ratio v2/ε increases with participant and reaches a saturation when the participant is large enough, indicating that the collision system may reach the local equilibrium.

According to the local equilibrium theory,the ferrite growth from alloyed austenite could be divided into the partition local equilibrium (PLE) mode and negligible partition local equilibrium (NPLE) mode.A graphical construction method proposed earlier by Hillert using in Fe-C-X ternary alloys was extended into Fe-C base multicomponent alloys to calculate the PLE/NPLE transition *** method utilize the carbon component ray,in which the substitutional alloy elements content is constant,to determine PLE/NPLE transition *** the method,the PLE/NPLE transition temperature in several alloy systems are calculated and compared with the formerly reported results.
