Eliurus myoxinus (Rodentia: Nesomyidae, Nesomyinae) is one of the four species of endemic Malagasy rodentsknown to exist in the Ankarafantsika National Park, northwestern Madagascar. In order to study growth parametersand to determine at which age E. myoxinus commences breeding, we used two different techniques: captivebreeding and a capture-mark-release field program in the species’ natural habitat. The data collected on thebreeding of E. myoxinus in captivity demonstrated that females can give birth to a litter of up to four pups, with upto four litters per calendar year. Reproduction of E. myoxinus was more likely to be continuous in captivity thanunder natural habitat conditions. If parturition failed, then post-partum mating occurred. Pups had a rapid lineargrowth phase from birth until 1 month of age. Between 1.5 and 2 months of age, the growth rate continued toincrease, but then decreased at around the time of weaning, which occurred by 3.5 months of age. The successivemaximum method of age determination showed that individuals at the “young” stage had an average body length of90 mm and a weight of 30 g and were between 1.5 and 2 months old. The greatest variation in measurements ofjuveniles occurred at the age of 3.5 months. At this stage, sub-adults resembled adults but their external genitaliawere not well developed. Individuals were classified as adults if they had reached a body length of 110 mm and abody weight of 40 g. This occurred at more than 4.5 months of age when the animals were generally reproductivelyactive. The Von Bertalanffy method indicated that individuals reach the adult stage by 6 to 7 months. Males grewmore rapidly than females, reaching adulthood by 5.5 months of age, whereas females only reached adulthoodseveral weeks later. This species is polygamous. Geographic distribution and life cycle.of mesoscale convective system in China and its vicinity

A census of mesoscale convective systems (MCS) has been extended from mesoscale convective complexes (MCCs) to more general meso-a scale convective systems (Ma CSs) and meso-β scale convective systems (Mβ CSs). 234 Ma CSs and 585 Mβ CSs were found in China and its vicinity during the summers of 1993-1995 by the GMS satellite infrared images. The geographic distribution with higher representative shows that the Ma CSs occurred in three favorable zones. One of them, the middle-to-lower reaches basin of the Yellow River and the Yangtze River, were not found in the past researches of MCC census. There are two kinds of life cycle. of Ma CS: one is similar to the life cycle.of MCC occurring at night and dissipating early in the morning; the other occurs in the afternoon and dissipates in the evening.

On the perspective of corporate life cycle.this paper investigates the relationship between senior manager overconfidence and corporate value,as measured by Tobin’s Q by controlling the corporate size,financial leverage,independent director proportion and return on *** empirical results show that manager overconfidence will have positive effect during growing and decline stages,but whether manager overconfidence will affect corporate value can still not be sure during the mature *** results maybe provide some new theoretical and practical clues for the management of manager overconfidence,and the enhancement of corporate value.

The building as a model for conceiving a project： The future of the construction industry will be a science of what to do with the built environment rather than the classical problem of what is needed to be built. The necessary areas for living, working and entertainment are probably already built, but we need to update them to comply with the new codes, the new needs and the new uses of our society. For this reason we are looking at new ways of addressing our profession： Firstly we have to decide whether a new way of living requires a new space or if there is already an existing space available. Secondly, we have to adapt the chosen space to the new requirements of society and the new codes and regulations. Thirdly, we have to think about the sustainable and energetic needs, in order to update the building to the new efficiency requirements in terms of energy. life cicle： We want to add a vision of life cycle.to a building in terms of changing and updating. With this vision we are looking for ＂quality existing buildings＂ and for a way of designing ＂versatile frameworks＂ and layouts allowing for future renovation and refurbishments, Therefore our research is two pronged：（1） Identify examples of transformable buildings; （2） Looking for a design strategy that allows for easy changes of use.
