The mixed transition metal compound, Li1+x [Ni1/3Mn(1/3-y)A1y]O2 (x = 0, 0.04;y = 0, 0.04). was synthesized via coprecipitation followed by a high-temperature heat-treatment. The XRD patterns reveal that this material has a typical layered structure with R3m space group. Spherical morphologies with secondary particles were observed by scanning electron microscopy and the size of powder could be controlled by coprecipitation and calcinations process. Al doping and Li excess were effective for the improvement of physical properties such as crystal-Unity, morphology and density. These improved physical characteristics can enhance the capacity, retention and rate capability, even though the electrodes are cycled between 3. 0 V and 4. 6 V.

The chemical environmental factor was defined with the covalency and polarizability of a *** the factor can effectively describe the change trends of the chemical shifts in the above spectra,the bond nature of the chemical shifts was *** clear quantitative relations between the environmental factors and Mssbauer isomer shift of various ions such asFe andSn were *** can predict the isomer shifts in all kinds of complex crystals by using this *** the one hand,these relations will be useful for us to analyze Mssbauer spectroscopy,or otherwise,the experiments in Mssbauer spectroscopy can verify validity of the chemical bond dielectric theory for the complex *** this paper,a calculation method which was more suitable to calculate the chemical bond parameters of layered crystals was proposed based on the dielectric theory of complex *** the method,we calculated the chemical bond parameters and Mssbauer isomer shift values of lanthanide layered superconductors and a few of ferric ***,the chemical bond parameters and refractive index values of other crystals with different structures have also been *** quantitative relationship between isomer shift,refractive index and chemical bond parameters were *** calculated results indicated that the change of crystal parameters and bond length will alter the covalency of chemical bond and peripheral electron density of Fenuclear,which in turn leads to the change of the isomer shift and refractive *** good agreement between the calculated results and available experimental data proved the accuracy and universality of the theory.

Muzhailing railway tunnel is excavated mainly in fault zones,carbonaceous slate and sandstone using the drilling-blasting *** problems encountered in the tunnel during construction,such as large squeezing deformation with long duration and collapse of arch *** monitoring data shows the ratio between the maximum cumulative horizontal and vertical displacements reaches to 4 to 10,which shows an anisotropic ***,serial hydraulic fracture stress tests we conducted in tunnel indicate that coefficient of lateral pressure k approaches to 3,compared to the ratio of in-situ stress which is about *** geological analysis and the numerical simulation show that the special rock mass with layered structure presents an appearance of heterogeneous condition which affects the redistribution of stress in tunnel and takes major responsibility for the large horizontal deformation of *** addition,blasting excavation and groundwater also caused some problems during the excavation of the tunnel.
