High frame rate multi-resonance imaging refractometry with distributed feedback dye laser sensor

High frame rate and highly sensitive imaging of refractive index changes on a surface is very promising for studying the dynamics of dissolution,mixing and biological processes without the need for ***,a highly sensitive distributed feedback(DFB)dye laser sensor for high frame rate imaging refractometry without moving parts is *** dye lasers are low-cost and highly sensitive refractive index *** unique multi-wavelength DFB laser structure presented here comprises several areas with different grating *** two dimensions of space is enabled by analyzinglaser light from all areasin parallelwith an imaging *** this multi-resonance imaging refractometry method,the spatial position in one direction is identified from the horizontal,i.e.,spectral position of the multiple laser lines which is obtained from the spectrometer charged coupled device(CCD)*** orthogonal spatial position is obtained from the vertical spatial position on the spectrometer CCD array as in established spatially resolved ***,the imaging technique is demonstrated by monitoring the motion of small sucrose molecules upon dissolution of solid sucrose in *** omission of moving parts improves the robustness of the imaging system and allows a very high frame rate of up to 12 Hz.

Simultaneous Localization and Mapping（SLAM） is a hot and difficult point in recent years. There are a large number of corner structures that are generated by two walls in the environment. Corner points can easily solve Simultaneous Localization and Mapping tasks of mobile robots. This method is divided into four parts: extraction points, line segment extraction, corner point extraction and corner point feature match. First, the map environment is scanned by the laser sensor to store the information of the environment. Second, the IEFT and the least square method are used to extract the straight line from the existing *** that, we find corner points by finding the intersection point. At last, corner points are matched by angle and distance. Result proves that the method in the article can accurately extract the corner features. This method is robust and suitable for various environments.

The geometric parameters of wheelsets,such as flange thickness,and rim width,and rim inside distance,are key parameters that influence the wheel-rail *** online measurement techniques of these parameters are important to ensure the safety of train vehicle and increase the reliability and efficiency of *** paper purposed the measurement system based on the optoelectronic *** measuring system is composed of the trigger sensor and the laser displacement sensors fixed on the rails and the system can measure the wheelset’s parameters when trains pass *** measuring results are improved by the wavelet analysis *** average value difference is between 0-0.3mm comparing the system and the manual that shows two methods are *** trains pass through the measuring system under the speed of 10km/h,measuring results shows that the system can meet with the measuring requirement on line.

Solving the problem of simultaneous location and map construction（SLAM） is the core of robot autonomous navigation. At present, most algorithms usually only consider the odometer information of mobile robot, therefor, there exists some problems of increasing computation amount caused by a large number of sampling particles and the complexity. So, this paper developed a scheme of map construction and positioning based on RBPF-SLAM algorithm. The hardware and software platform is set up on the ROS, and it merge the odometer information of the robot into the distance information collected by the laser sensor, which effectively reduces the number of required particles and the uncertainty of the robot’s pose estimates in filter prediction phase. Through the experimental, get the conclusion: simultaneous positioning based on RBPF-SLAM algorithm and map construction system can create high-precision online raster map in real time, and it is more consistent with the actual map.
