Although many theories regarding the implementation of knowledge management （KM） in organizations have been proposed and studied, most applications tend to stand alone without incorporating the business processes. Different categories of knowledge provide different benefits and how to integrate various categories of KM into a hybrid approach as an effective KM manner remains strategically important, and yet is still understudied. Therefore, in this paper a hybrid model that integrates principal KM applications for new service development （NSD） and the measurement of the resulting f＇mancial benefits have been developed. The proposed KM model incorporates newsgroups, knowledge forums, knowledge asset management and knowledge application processes as a hybrid means for sharing organizational knowledge along two axes, explicit vs. implicit and individual vs. collective. One of the largest management consulting companies in Taiwan, China, whose process model of NSD was standing alone with KM applications, was selected for the case study. A set of hybrid KM processes was developed to implement the proposed KM model, and it illustrates an application with greater financial benefits for integrating hybrid KM practices into the business process. Based on knowledge value added （KVA） validation, the proposed KM model provides a new operating system for sharing NSD knowledge within an organization. Through the case study by measuring the achieved financial results, the proposed KM model is found to provide an exclusive hybrid platform with an empirical process model to address innovative approaches and practical values of KM within an organization.

knowledge management(KM)has become a dynamic concept for inquiry in *** management of knowledge from multiple sources requires a systematic approach that can facilitate capturing all important aspects related to a particular discipline,several KM frameworks have been designed to serve this *** research aims to propose a Collaborative knowledge management(CKM)Framework that bridges gaps and overcomes weaknesses in existing *** paper also validates the framework by evaluating its effectiveness for the agriculture sector of Pakistan.A software LCWU aKMS was developed which serves as a practical implementation of the concepts behind the proposed CKMF *** aKMS served as an effective system for rice leaf disease detection and *** aimed to enhance CKM through knowledge sharing,lessons learned,feedback on problem resolutions,help from co-workers,collaboration,and helping *** were collected from 300 rice crop farmers by questionnaires based on *** Olfman model was used to estimate the effectiveness of *** tests were performed including frequency measures of variables,Cronbach’s alpha reliability,and Pearson’s *** research provided a KMS depicting KM and collaborative *** disease detection module was evaluated using the precision and recall method and found to be 94.16%*** system could replace the work of extension agents,making it a cost and time-effective initiative for farmer betterment.

Promoting the co-constructing and sharing of organizational knowledge and improving organizational performance have always been the core research subject of knowledge *** research focuses on the construction of knowledge management systems and knowledge sharing and transfer *** the rapid development and application of cloud computing and big data technology,knowledge management is faced with many problems,such as how to combine with the new generation of information technology,how to achieve integration with organizational business processes,and so *** solve such problems,this paper proposes a reciprocal collaborative knowledge management model(RCKMmodel)based on cloud computing technology,reciprocity theory,and collaboration *** model includes project group management and cloud computing technology,which can realize management,finance,communication,and quality assurance of multiple projects and solve the problem of business integration with knowledge *** paper designs evaluation methods of tacit knowledge and reciprocity preference based on the Bayesian formula and analyzes their effect with simulation *** methods can provide quantitative support for the integration of knowledge management and business management to realize reciprocity and collaboration in the RCKM *** research found that RCKM model can fully use cloud computing technology to promote the integration of knowledge management and organizational business,and the evaluation method based on the Bayesian formula can provide relatively accurate data support for the evaluation and selection of project team members.

Ontology is the formal representation of concepts and their mutual relations. It has wide application potential in the classification of agricultural information, the construction of information and knowledge database, the research and development of intelligent search engine, as well as the realization of cooperative information service, etc. In this research, an ontology-based agricultural knowledge management system framework is proposed, which includes modules of ontology-based knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, knowledge organization, and knowledge mining, etc. The key technologies, building tools and applications of the framework are explored. Future researches on the theoretical refinement and intelligent simulation knowledge service are also envisioned.

The implementation of knowledge management （KM） in hospitals affects efficiency and outcomes of hospitals. However, few studies explored the implementation of KM in China. Twenty-two questions were designed concerning KM implementation status in over 50 hospitals. In order to understand the KM level and attitude to KM of the hospital＇s managers, a random sampling survey was conducted among 138 managers from 50 different scales of hospitals in 15 provinces of China. The survey showed that overall level of KM implementation in Chinese hospitals was still low and differed among different scales of hospitals （P〈0.05, or P〈0.01）. In all the hospitals investigated, 63.8% did not implement KM yet, among which 46% even had not planned for that. 49.8% of the hospitals investigated had no training program about KM ever and the main source of hospital staff to get knowledge was internet. It suggested that hospital managers should make much more efforts to get to know and understand theories on KM, so that hospital KM could be promoted more rapidly.

With the development of knowledge economy, the competition between high teehnology enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of core competence based on knowledge, because high technology enterprises are typical knowledge-based enterprises. Few enterprises, especially for high technology firms, have all of the knowledge they need to compete effectively in the marketplace both at home and abroad, so more and more high technology companies are taking the advantage of strategic alliances to get their complementary knowledge. Since knowledge is the source of an enterprise＇ s competitiveness, knowledge management has become the most important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. There has been an increased growth in the literature on strategic alliances in recent decades. But what is less discussed in the existing literature on strategic alliances is the issue of knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises. Based on the characteristics of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises, and in line with the implication and the goal of knowledge management, this study tries to delve into this issue. The paper analyzes the key factors relevant to the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises and proposes guidelines on the process and measures that should be taken in the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises.

This work aims to verify how the Web portals of Universities Hospital located in the northeast of Brazil are contributing to the expansion of knowledge of its users from the analysis of interactive features associated with the three mechanisms of knowledge management： knowledge access （KA）, knowledge creation （KC）, and knowledge transfer （KT）. The study is exploratory, descriptive, and qualitative type, such as a survey, developed through an adaptation of a relevant research, which involves the standardization of data collection instruments （questionnaires and interviews） applied directly to persons of a specific population, to assess knowledge management tools present in the University Hospital portals in the northeast region of Brazil. The results indicated that the resources from knowledge access were more prevalent than the others, ratifying the results found in research developed in Asian and North American Hospital portals.

While the importance of knowledge management is increasingly acknowledged,many firms do not fully understand the significance of innovativeness in relation to knowledge management and firm ***,the objective of this article is to investigate innovativeness and its relationship with knowledge management and organizational performance in an under-examined industry sector and country *** study methodology was survey-based and took place in the hospitality industry sector in Lesotho,*** highlight the importance of knowledge management practices as an important driver of firm performance,where the results emphasize the positive mediating effect of innovativeness on the relationship between knowledge management and firm *** study has important practitioner and policy implications,where it is recommended that knowledge management be utilized in conjunction with innovativeness so as to positively influence firm *** article delivers a novel contribution to the literature in terms of establishing empirical associations between knowledge management,innovativeness and firm performance in an emerging country context.

Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) was created to help expand the market share network through the internet without the boundaries of space and time. However, behind all the benefits obtained, E-Commerce also raises the issue of consumer concerns about the responsibility for personal data that has been recorded and collected by E-Commerce companies. The personal data is in the form of consumer identity names, passwords, debit and credit card numbers, conversations in email, as well as information related to consumer requests. In Indonesia, cyber attacks have occurred several times against 3 major E-Commerce companies in Indonesia. In 2019, users’ personal data in the form of email addresses, telephone numbers, and residential addresses were sold on the deep web at Bukalapak and Tokopedia. Even though E-Commerce affected by the cyber attack already has a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) by recruiting various security engineers, both defense and attack, this system still has a weakness, namely that the CSIRT operates in the aspect of handling and experimenting with defense, not yet on how to store data and prepare for forensics. CSIRT will do the same thing again, and so on. This is called an iterative procedure, one day the attack will come back and only be done with technical handling. Previous research has succeeded in revealing that organizations that have knowledge management (KM), the organization has succeeded in reducing costs up to four times from the original without using KM in the cyber security operations. The author provides a solution to create a knowledge management strategy for handling cyber incidents in CSIRT E-Commerce in Indonesia. This research resulted in 4 KM Processes and 2 KM Enablers which were then translated into concrete actions. The KM Processes are knowledge Creation, knowledge Storing, knowledge Sharing, and knowledge Utilizing. While the KM Enabler is Technology Infrastructure and People Competency.
