Sustainable regional development through knowledge networks:Review of case studies

This study focuses on the importance of knowledge management in the process of *** goal is to build a regional knowledge network for regional sustainable *** method used in this study stands on two theoretical and experimental *** study also provides feasible outcomes by suggesting a model for knowledge-based *** model assists regional/urban planners in managing knowledge productions,organizing regional knowledge institutions,and developing cities by utilizing the advantages of the *** of this applied research support the creation of knowledge networks in similar cities.

This research is done with the purpose of examining the necessities in managing knowledge and knowledge network creation in the petroleum industry of *** research on the base of its goal is a developing research,and the research methodology is quantitative and survey *** information in this study gathered from document analysis and semi-directed interview and analyzed by content analysis method *** results of this research reveal that because of special properties which exist in large industries like petroleum industry（including geographical expansion area,wide variety of technical knowledge fields,many specialists and experts,etc.）,knowledge management is so important that knowledge networks are the most efficient and effectiveness way for managing *** knowledge networks are designed in order to cause innovation and create and share knowledge amongst individuals and different knowledge bases.

知识网络是一种获取、共享根植于组织内外社会网络中的知识与情报资源，以创造知识，提升组织知识竞争力和情报能力为目的的网络结构。从本质上讲，知识网络是一种社会网络，它是企业知识管理和竞争情报工作的一个重要的社会平台，同时，也是企业实现知识管理人本化战略的一项基本能力。企业知识网络能力是建立在企业内外社会网络基础上，充分挖掘和利用企业知识和情报资源，主要是隐性知识和战略情报资源的能力。本文试图深入剖析知识网络能力，构建企业知识网络能力模型。

The evolution of knowledge networks plays an important role to the technological improvement of enterprises and countries. From the dissipative structure perspective, this paper analyses knowledge network system. And then, we propose the evolutionary conditions and its mechanisms. At last, we also discuss the policy meaning in this paper.
