To increase the resilience of farmers’livelihood systems,detailed knowledge of adaptation strategies for dealing with the impacts of climate change is *** co-production approach is an adaptation strategy that is considered appropriate in the context of the increasing frequency of disasters caused by climate *** research of knowledge co-production on climate change adaptation in Indonesia is insufficient,particularly at local level,so we examined the flow of climate change adaptation knowledge in the knowledge co-production process through climate field school(CFS)activities in this *** interviewed 120 people living in Bulukumba Regency,South Sulawesi Province,Indonesia,involving 12 crowds including male and female farmers participated in CFS and not participated in CFS,local government officials,agriculture extension workers,agricultural traders,farmers’family members and neighbors,*** brief,the 12 groups of people mainly include two categories of people,i.e.,people involved in CFS activities and outside *** applied descriptive method and Social network analysis(SNA)to determine how knowledge flow in the community network and which groups of actors are important for knowledge *** findings of this study reveal that participants in CFS activities convey the knowledge they acquired formally(i.e.,from TV,radio,government,etc.)and informally(i.e.,from market,friends,relatives,etc.)to other actors,especially to their families and *** results also show that the acquisition and sharing of knowledge facilitate the flow of climate change adaptation knowledge based on knowledge *** addition,the findings highlight the key role of actors in the knowledge transfer process,and key actors involved in disseminating information about climate change *** be specific,among all the actors,family member and neighbor of CFS actor are the most common actors in disseminating climate knowledge information and closest t

On the development of modern service industry under mismatched Blotto game of knowledge flow

In order to highlight and analyze the influence of heterogeneous knowledge flows to enterprises in the modern service industry,based on a review of the Colonel Blotto game,some presumptions such as the game's utility function are modified,and a mechanism to change tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge is constructed to carry out an analysis of a two-player knowledge flow *** characteristics of the players' optimal reactions of knowledge flow management are studied,and the results bear evidence of the facts that a gap always exists under the spillover ***,tacit knowledge seems more important to the development of enterprises than explicit *** it implies that the foremost task for the development of the modern service industry is to strengthen the settings and institutions for the flux of tacit knowledge and enterprise knowledge management.

＜正＞knowledge flow is the premise of knowledge *** knowledge flow in supply chain is very important to realize knowledge share and knowledge *** the paper,the influential factors in knowledge flow of supply chain are analyzed from two aspects:factors among partners and factors within each *** influential factors among partners in knowledge flow of supply chain are sorted into three dimensions:knowledge level,motivation level and culture atmosphere,and relevant advice is put *** driving factors for the construction of effective knowledge flow mechanism within each partner are given and analyzed,which include organizational strategy,organizational structure,organizational culture and incentive for the construction of knowledge sharing system.

The accomplishment of a complex problem usually involves cooperation between participators with different knowledge background concerned. This paper identifies interdependency between different sub problems （through problem decomposition） as the major factor that influences cooperative relations in multi-Agent systems, based on which we propose an efficient means to measure cooperation coefficient （degree） between different Agents. Then cognitive cooperation between Agents is analyzed which aims at collecting the wisdom of the cognitive community for a systematic solution to the overall problem.

创新政策对国家创新系统的绩效有着极大的影响，直接决定了国家创新系统功能的发挥，两者之间存在密切关系，相关的文献中对两者之间互动关系的机理缺乏系统研究。本文在对相关文献回顾的基础上，提出了国家创新系统与创新政策体系之间的互动关系模型。其基本结论是：国家创新系统是创新政策体系提出的基础，创新政策体系是促进国家创新系统内部知识流动的向导和外部拉力，从而提高国家创新系统的运行绩效。

Although serious efforts are made internationally and nationally, it is a slow process to make our physical environment accessible. In the actual design process, architects play a major role. But what kinds of knowledge, including research-based knowledge, do practicing architects make use of when designing accessible environments？ The answer to the question is crucially important since it affects how knowledge is distributed and how accessibility can be ensured. In order to get first-hand knowledge about the design process and the sources from which they gain knowledge, 11 qualitative interviews were conducted with architects with experience of designing for accessibility. The analysis draws on two theoretical distinctions. The first is research-based knowledge versus knowledge used by architects. The second is context-independent knowledge versus context-dependent knowledge. The practitioners found their primary support in context-dependent knowledge, whereas context-independent knowledge was criticized as being too prescriptive. Further, they tended to ask for assistance from the researcher in person rather than reading research publications. The findings challenge research in two ways--first, to produce context-dependent knowledge to structure the first step of the design process, second, to develop new ways to ensure a knowledge flow between research and practice.

Four basic laws in design science

A point on the distinction between design and science is given and the connotanons of aeslgn science are discussed in the paper. Design should be understood as the first step of all human＇ s purposeful activity, which is a daily behavior for everyone. Four laws are summarized, which describe the basic patterns of design and are the constituents of design science. They are the law of design based on existed knowledge, law of in- completeness of design knowledge, law of design centered on new knowledge acquirement and law of competi- tiveness of design knowledge. The four basic laws show the knowledge essence of design. To enrich the existed knowledge, to make it convenient to be used, to teach designers with high intuition and inspiration in picking useful elements of existed knowledge and shaping competitive ideas and to have strong new knowledge acquire- ment facility are the basic conditions of good designs. Study of design science will promote the structure of tra- ditional engineering education. An important conclusion is derived that there will be no successful innovation without good design.

知识流动视角下中国体育学学科交叉发展态势研究

以1981-2015年间中国体育学与外部学科之间的引文关系为研究对象，采用文献资料调研、引文分析、社会网络分析、逻辑分析等方法，选取了6个学科交叉评价指标，对中国体育学和外部学科之间的学科交叉发展态势进行历时性考察，在此基础上... 详细信息

以1981-2015年间中国体育学与外部学科之间的引文关系为研究对象，采用文献资料调研、引文分析、社会网络分析、逻辑分析等方法，选取了6个学科交叉评价指标，对中国体育学和外部学科之间的学科交叉发展态势进行历时性考察，在此基础上对中国体育学知识体系演化进行探讨。研究表明：学科交叉测度指标体系包含了3个层级6项指标，和单一测度指标相比评价内容更加全面，评价结果更加客观，并具有较高的可操作性；改革开放以来中国体育学学科交叉发展态势经历了恢复期(1981-1990年)、高速发展期(1991-2010年)、稳定期(2011-2015年)3个阶段；从学科交叉的多样性来看，和体育学交叉融合的学科数量越来越多，学科交叉的跨度越来越大，学科交叉知识流量的分配由混乱向着有序化方向发展，学科之间的交叉关系逐渐稳固；从学科交叉的聚集性来看，体育学学科交叉强度越来越大，学科交叉网络密度越来越高，学科开放性却在逐渐降低，这种趋势近年来有所改变；在“大科学”背景下和学科之间可通约性的规制下，中国体育学知识流出和知识流入2个视角下学科交叉指标呈现出趋同化的发展特征；“苏联模式”对早期中国体育学知识体系的影响非常明显，随着体育人文社会学科的勃兴，体育学开始“科学革命”，进入21世纪后，“科学革命”逐渐结束，进入“常规科学”阶段，通过“范式融合”，中国体育学由偏向自然科学、教育学的知识体系演化成为综合性的知识体系。

数字基础设施建设与城市高质量发展是构建网络强国和美丽中国的先决条件，剖析并识别二者之间的内在联系，对于中国实现经济社会数字化转型与发展方式高质量转向具有重要的现实意义。以“宽带中国”战略实施为准自然实验，采用渐进式双重差分法从水平与效率两个维度考察数字基础设施对城市高质量发展的影响及空间溢出效应。研究发现：（1）数字基础设施建设对城市高质量发展水平与效率提升具有显著作用，且该结论不受“异质性处理效应”的影响。（2）“宽带中国”战略实施在高知识禀赋城市更能发挥比较优势，且消费互联网（数字金融）与工业互联网（工业智能）的形成和完善从不同维度加速了城市高质量发展进程。（3）知识流动是数字基础设施助推城市高质量发展的重要渠道，其中，知识的集聚效应更有益于中心城市发展，而扩散效应对边缘城市发展更具推动作用。（4）“宽带中国”战略实施具有明显的空间溢出效应，促进了“本地-邻地”高质量发展均衡，且不同城市群的空间溢出现象具有异质性。这些发现为完善数字基础设施建设，深化城市间知识良性互动，进而助力后疫情时代经济绿色复苏提供了可靠的经验证据和政策启示。
