The study’s purpose was to examine the extent to which work-family and family-work conflicts could interconnectedly influence job stress and job *** independent variables,work-family and family-work conflict were measured by using eight items of the Pleck et al.(?)(1980) and the Nemeyer and Mcmrrian’s scale respectively- the dependent variables,job stress and job satisfaction were dealt by Peter and Decoder Scale,and William Anderson job performance scale,*** data collection was done by using convenient sampling technique and participants were from lower,middle,and upper level management of various bank branches in major cities of Pakistan were taken in account,where the banks were having islamic banking procedures and the data was analyzed by employing regression *** performance and job stress were found to have an effect on families that are working.A more intense effect was prevailed in men as compared to women,of the internal dynamics of job description and both work-family and family-work conflict,where it was found that demands of organizational work and job stress,at some points has more influence on the person’s life and job performance.
