Generalized inverses and Units in a Unitary Ring

Let R be a unitary ring and a,b∈R with ab=*** find the 2/3 property of Drazin invertibility:if any two of a,b and a+b are Drazin invertible,then so is the third ***,we combine the 2/3 property of Drazin invertibility to characterize the existence of generalized inverses by means of *** applications,the need for two invertible morphisms used by You and Chen to characterize the group invertibility of a sum of morphisms is reduced to that for one invertible morphism,and the existence and expression of the inverse along a product of two regular elements are obtained,which generalizes the main result of Mary and Patricio(2016)about the group inverse of a product.

A New Class of Partial Orders

Let R be a unital*-*** any a,w,b∈R,we apply the w-core inverse to define a new class of partial orders in R,called the w-core partial *** that a,b∈R are w-core *** say that a is below b under the w-core partial order if a_(w)^(#)a=a_(w)^(#)b and a_(w)a_(w)^(#)=bwa_(w)^(#),where a_(w)^(#)denotes the w-core inverse of *** of the w-core partial order are given,and its relationships with several types of partial orders are also *** particular,we show that the core partial order coincides with the a-core partial order,and the star partial order coincides with the a*-core partial order.

The(b,c)-inverse in semigroups and rings with involution

We first prove that if a is both left(6,c)-invertible and left(c,b)-invertible,then a is both(6,c)-invertible and(c,6)-invertible in a*-monoid,which generalizes the recent result about the inverse along an element by *** and ***[Linear Multilinear Algebra,***/10.1080/03081087.2019.1679073],under the conditions(a6)*=ab and(ac)*=*** addition,we consider that ba is(c,fe)-invertible,and at the same time ca is(6,c)-invertible under the same conditions,which extend the related results about Moore-Penrose inverses studied by ***,***,***,and ***[Mediterr ***.,2017,14:208]to(6,c)-*** applications,we obtain that under condition(a2)^(*)=a^(2),a is an EP element if and only if a is one-sided core invertible,if and only if a is group invertible.
