In this paper,the cut sets,decomposition theorems and representation theorems of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and interval valued fuzzy sets are researched ***,new definitions of four kinds of cut sets on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are introduced,which are generalizations of cut sets on Zadeh fuzzy sets and have the same properties as that of Zadeh fuzzy ***,based on these new cut sets,the decomposition theorems and representation theorems on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are *** kind of cut sets corresponds to two kinds of decomposition theorems and representation *** eight kinds of decomposition theorems and representation theorems on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are obtained,*** last,new definitions of cut sets on interval valued fuzzy sets are given based on the theory of cut sets on intuitionistic fuzzy sets,and eight kinds of decomposition theorems and representation theorems on interval valued fuzzy sets are also obtained. These results provide a fundamental theory for the research of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and interval valued fuzzy sets.

intuitionistic fuzzy sets(IFSs)are well established as a tool to handle the hesitation in the decision *** this research paper,fuzzy sets induced by IFS are used to develop a fuzzy time series forecasting model to incorporate degree of hesitation(nondeterminacy).To improve the forecasting accuracy,induced fuzzy sets are used to establish fuzzy logical *** verify the performance of the proposed model,it is implemented on one of the benchmarking time series ***,developed forecasting method is also tested and validated by applying it on a financial time series *** order to show the accuracy in forecasting,the method is compared with other forecasting methods using different error measures.

Multi-focus image fusion is an increasingly important component in image fusion,and it plays a key role in *** this paper,we put forward a novel multi-focus image fusion method which employs fractional-order derivative and intuitionistic fuzzy *** original image is decomposed into a base layer and a detail ***,a new fractional-order spatial frequency is built to reflect the clarity of the *** fractional-order spatial frequency is used as a rule for detail layers fusion,and intuitionistic fuzzy sets are introduced to fuse base *** results demonstrate that the proposed fusion method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods for multi-focus image fusion.

To represent the intuitionistic fuzzy sets（IFSs） clearly and ordinarily, the 3 D distances of IFSs based on hesitating index have been researched. After analyzing the limitation of IFSs information description, the definition of Hesitating Index（HI）, including membership HI, non-membership HI and balanced-membership HI have been proposed. Above all, this paper compares the traditional 2 D semantic distance of IFSs and 3 D semantic distance based on HI. The results show that more details and data should be expressed through HI, and the veracity and celerity still reserved as 2 D distance.

Attribute reduction,also known as feature selection,for decision information systems is one of the most pivotal issues in machine learning and data *** based on the rough set theory and some extensions were proved to be efficient for dealing with the problemof attribute ***,the intuitionistic fuzzy sets based methods have not received much interest,while these methods are well-known as a very powerful approach to noisy decision tables,i.e.,data tables with the low initial classification ***,this paper provides a novel incremental attribute reductionmethod to dealmore effectivelywith noisy decision tables,especially for highdimensional *** particular,we define a new reduct and then design an original attribute reduction method based on the distance measure between two intuitionistic fuzzy *** should be noted that the intuitionistic fuzzypartitiondistance iswell-knownas aneffectivemeasure todetermine important *** interestingly,an incremental formula is also developed to quickly compute the intuitionistic fuzzy partition distance in case when the decision table increases in the number of *** formula is then applied to construct an incremental attribute reduction algorithm for handling such dynamic ***,some experiments are conducted on real datasets to show that our method is far superior to the fuzzy rough set based methods in terms of the size of reduct and the classification accuracy.

As far as the problem of intuitionistic fuzzy cluster analysis is concerned, this paper proposes a new formula of similarity degree with attribute weight of each index. We conduct a fuzzy cluster analysis based on the new intuitionistic fuzzy similarity matrix, which is constructed via this new weighted similarity degree method and can be transformed into a fuzzy similarity matrix. Moreover, an example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of this method.

In the paper, in order to further study the properties of filters of BL-algebras, we propose the concepts of the （∈γ, ∈γ Vqδ）-intuitionistic fuzzy filters and （∈γ, ∈γ Vqδ）- intuitionistic fuzzy soft filters of BL-algebras and derive some related results. Finally, we discuss the properties of images and inverse images of （∈γ, ∈γ Vqδ）-intuitionistic fuzzy soft filters of BL-algebras.
