In this paper, permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs) are investigated. According to the feature of PMSMs, a novel state equation of PMSMs is obtained by choosing suitable state variables. Based on the state equation, robust controllers are designed via interval matrix and PI control idea.In terms of bilinear matrix inequations, sufficient conditions for the existence of the robust controller are derived. In order to reduce the conservation and the dependence on parameter,the control inputs of PMSMs are divided into two parts, a feedforward control input and a feedback control input, and relevant sufficient conditions for the existence of the controller are obtained. Because of the suitable choice of state variables, the proposed control strategies can cope with the load uncertainty and have robustness for disturbance. Finally, simulations are carried out via Matlab/Simulink soft to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategies. The performance of the proposed control strategies are demonstrated by the simulation results.

By using the quasi-Lyapunov function, some sufficient conditions of global exponential stability for impulsive systems are established, which is the basis for the following discussion. Then, by employing Riccati inequality and Hamilton-Jacobi inequality approach, some sufficient conditions of robust exponential stability for uncertain linear/nonlinear impulsive systems are derived, respectively. Finally, some examples are given to illustrate the applications of the theory.

Tension Control of Web Winding Systems for Speed-up Phase

The robust tracking control scheme is proposed for quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) with perturbation parameters and external disturbances.Firstly,the dynamic model of quadrotor UAV is decoupled into two subsystems,which are outer loop position control system and the inner loop angle control system,respectively.Secondly,by using the interval matrices to describe the perturbation parameters,the considered control problem is transformed into robust control with uncertainties.Based on these,an effective tracking composite control strategy is proposed by combining disturbance observer control(DOBC) with H control.Finally,the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Optimal Robust Control for Uncertain Impulsive Systems

To accomplish the winding tasks as soon as possible, the production speed should be adjusted during the operation.Aiming at the problem of tension control of speed-up phase for web winding systems, a robust control strategy is proposed to decrease the tension fluctuation. Firstly, the variation dynamic model for speed-up phase is built by Taylor expansion, and the equilibrium states and inputs are obtained at the same time. Next, the interval variables are introduced to denote the time-varying and uncertain parameters, based on which the web processing system is taken as an interval system and a robust controller is proposed subsequently. Sufficient conditions of the existence for proposed controller are obtained based on Lyapunov theory.Finally, the simulations are conducted to illustrate that the proposed method is effective and can improve the control precision.
