internet-based Optimization and Choice of Insert Grooves for Face-Milling

Manufacture is facing more furiously competition in the new century. It tends to be globalized. Rapid response and technology innovation have become the key factor to the success of manufacture enterprise. At present, internet-based manufacturing develops rapidly. With the development of engineering material and machining techniques, better cutting properties of metal cutting tools are required. The world is paying more attention to the study of indexable carbide inserts with three-dimensional complex grooves which can affect cutting properties directly and chip-controlling. So the variety and specification of indexable insert develop quickly and the application of insert with three-dimensional complex chip-former becomes wider and wider. Because milling is an interrupted cutting, the process of milling is complicated and the failure of the milling inserts is severe. It is important to choose suitable milling inserts groove for particular machining conditions before actual machining, it will extend tool life and raise productivity. Optimization and choice of inserts with complex groove via internet may serve for manufacture enterprises all over the world. The milling inserts with three-dimensional complex grooves are optimized and chosen via internet in this paper. The face-milling process is studied, with the mathematics models of cutting force for different shape of cutting edges established, the cutting forces predicted and stress-fields of different insert grooves analyzed by FEM, according to the predictable results and the most suitable insert groove for particular machining conditions are optimized and chosen. The complex groove optimization and choice are based on a client/server model, with the client and server being on different machines across the internet. Communication between the client and server uses the TCP/IP. The result of optimization and choice will be sent to the users via internet. internet-based Support and Coaching for Adolescents and Young Adults with Neuropsychiatric Disorders—The Implementation of an Intervention from an Organizational Perspective

There is a documented and often unmet need for interventions aimed at supporting young people with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and/or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in their transition between adolescence and adulthood. Difficulties with social interaction, initiation difficulties, and impairments in executive function can complicate visits at a clinic, i.e. traditional treatment, for individuals with neuropsychiatric disorders (NPD). A model for internet-based support and coaching aimed at young people with ASD and/or ADHD was developed and tested at three treatment sites in western Sweden. The implementation was analyzed against an inventory according to which implementations are more likely to be successful if an intervention: 1) has advantages compared to other existing methods, 2) matches the individual and organizational values, norms and work practices of its recipients, 3) is perceived as easy to use, and 4) is adaptable to local conditions and the recipients’ needs. Data were collected through group interviews with professionals involved in the implementation of the intervention. The implementation of the intervention showed promising results on measures such as access, delivery/quality of healthcare services, and equality of distribution of healthcare services. The identified impediments to successful implementation related to a wide range of factors and levels, including the design of the intervention, technical issues, attitudes of staff, organizational culture, and organizational structure at the implementation sites in terms of patient stock, work division, and resource allocation. The results are consistent with previous studies that stress the need for multi-component implementation strategies.

Learning community provides learners and teachers a new type to organize their learning and teaching. For English majors, it is feasible and applicable to form a learning community, especially with the internet as the assisted base. In the author’s course, 52 students majoring in English take part in the practice of building and running the learning communities. Some problems and advantages are analyzed, with the suggestions given in the conclusion.

What we have learnt from the SARS epidemics in China's Mainland?

This article provides an overview of the severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)epidemics in China's Mainland and of what we have learned since the *** epidemics spanned a large geographical extent but clustered in two regions:first in Guangdong Province,and about 3 months later in Beijing and its surrounding *** resulting case fatality ratio of 6.4%was less than half of that in other SARS-affected countries and regions,partly due to younger-aged patients and a higher proportion of community-acquired *** political commitment and a centrally coordinated response were most important for controlling *** long-term economic consequence of the epidemic was *** recovered patients suffered from avascular osteonecrosis,as a consequence of corticosteroid usage during their *** SARS epidemic provided valuable experience and lessons relevant in controlling outbreaks of emerging infectious diseases,and has led to fundamental reforms of the Chinese health ***,the epidemic has substantially improved infrastructures,surveillance systems,and capacity to response to health *** particular,a comprehensive nationwide internet-based disease reporting system was established.

Decreased influenza vaccination coverage among Chinese healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic

Background:Healthcare workers(HCWs)were the priority group for influenza vaccination,in China during the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 influenza ***,vaccination rates in HCWs have always been *** study investigated influenza vaccination status among Chinese HCWs and analyzed the factors driving ***:We provided electronic questionnaires to HCWs from January 27,2022 to February 21,2022,using the WeChat platform"Breath Circles".HCWs who received the link could also forward it to their *** logistic regression models were used to analyze vaccination-associated factors among ***:Among the 1697 HCWs surveyed,vaccination coverage was 43.7%(741/1697)during the 2020/2021 influenza season,and 35.4%(600/1697)during the 2021/2022 influenza season,as of February 21,***,22.7%(385/1697)and 22.1%(358/1697)of HCWs reported that their workplaces implemented a free vaccination policy for all employees during the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 influenza *** who were required to be vaccinated according to hospital regulations,and whose hospitals implemented the free influenza vaccine policy were more likely to be vaccinated(2020/2021 and 2021/2022;P<0.05).In addition,the economic level of the HCWs'province(2021/2022,P<0.05)and the HCWs’knowledge about vaccination and willingness to get vaccinated,such as active learning about vaccines(2020/2021,P<0.05),supportive attitude toward vaccination for all HCWs(2020/2021 and 2021/2022;P<0.05),also had an impact on vaccine ***:A free influenza vaccination policy and workplace required vaccination are effective in improving influenza vaccination coverage among *** vaccination coverage of Chinese HCWs remained low and showed a downward trend after the COVID-19 *** effective measures,such as advocacy campaigns,free vaccine policies,and on-site vaccination could be implemented to improve influenza vaccination coverage.

Evolution and Outlook of Resource Allocation Mechanism in the Age of internet

In today's society, the internet, big data and artificial intelligence are being integrated and the mechanisms of resource allocations are also evolving, mainly because of the changes in background factors, means, and processes that influence resource allocation. To analyze and study this evolution, we need to combine resource allocation, industrial organization, and industrial regulation theories to determine the driving and restricting factors new technologies bring to business-to-business and business-to-consumer interactions and how the combination of internet, big data and AI will impact productivity and pricing. We must also analyze the differences between today's supply-demand and pricing processes and those of the industrial age to discover whether there are special resource allocation mechanisms in this era and how to summarize them theoretically. This paper reviews the evolved resource allocation mechanisms at the present stage of the integration of the internet, big data and AI based on resource allocation theories from classical Marxian, neoclassical, and modern western economics.
