This paper aims at investigating the existence, uniqueness and regularities of periodic solutionsand the Cauchy problems for a fairly wide class nonlinear pseudo-parabolic systems of higher order?/?t(u+（-1）M AΔ?2Mu/?x2M) = f(u, ?u/?x,…,?2Mu/?x2M),where u and f are J-dimensional vector valued functions and A is a symmetric definite matrix. Theabove-mentioned equations contain a series of problems in physics for example, BBM equation,the Sobolev-Galpern equation etc. as simple special cases.
