A brand new Corrosion Data integration and Management Environment(CDIME) is developed in Java programming language based on general-purpose corrosion data model(GPCDM) and corrosion data markup language(CDML) proposed in the previous works.In general,the functionalities and features of CDIME meet most of design requirements including composition,inheritance,self-contained,relatively independence and so on.An insight tutorial is introduced on the life circle of corrosion data islands from its creation,maintenance,and application like publishing.The template feature makes the building of comprehensive data island as simple as a few mouse clicks.Read-only publishing of data as e-Book and PDF hold their own places.Achieved document can be imported and exported freely on any running CDIME.The achieving feature is addressed in detail because it is critical to data sharing and integration in GPCDM.At the end,a real example is presented to help the understanding of data islands assembling and the advanced features offered by CDIME.

Accurate and efficient predictions of the quasiparticle properties of complex materials remain a major challenge due to the convergence issue and the unfavorable scaling of the computational cost with respect to the system size.Quasiparticle GW calculations for two-dimensional(2D)materials are especially difficult.The unusual analytical behaviors of the dielectric screening and the electron self-energy of 2D materials make the conventional Brillouin zone(BZ)integration approach rather inefficient and require an extremely dense k-grid to properly converge the calculated quasiparticle energies.In this work,we present a combined nonuniform subsampling and analytical integration method that can drastically improve the efficiency of the BZ integration in 2D GW calculations.

The development of high-throughput sequencing technologies has provided the opportunity to platform genome-wide surveys.Recent applications of next generation sequencing(NGS)have revealed that the hepatitis B virus(HBV)genome is randomly integrated throughout the human genome in patients with HBV infection.Besides the induction of chronic infection of the liver,HBV integration of the host genome contributes to hepatocarcinogenesis,especially in young patients without cirrhosis(1,2).

With the development of scientific technology,the transition to the intelligent era of digitalization and automation is an irresistible trend for medical laboratories.Medical diagnosis systems have undergone significant changes as a result of intelligent technologies,such as machine learning,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things,from the collection,transmission,and detection of test samples to the review of reports and the provision of clinical feedback.In addition to significantly enhancing the efficiency,consistency,and accuracy of medical laboratory testing,these technologies also assist the improvement of individualized healthcare and medical expert systems,as well as the early detection and treatment of diseases.The future development of medical laboratories will focus on integrating big data and diverse intelligent resources,cooperating more closely with clinical departments,and realizing the effective pathway of patient‐centered care.The purpose of this review is to illustrate the current state of intelligent technology integration in medical laboratories and provide a preliminary discussion about the potential future influences of intelligent technology development on the evolution of medical laboratories.

The recent blossom in 2D atomic crystals(2DACs)has ignited intense interest in a new type of bond-free van der Waals heterostructures(vdWHs),in which distinct material components are physically brought together within a vdW distance and held together by weak vdW interactions.Without direct chemical bonding between the constituent materials,the vdWHs negate the lattice matching requirements in typical epitaxially bonded heterostructures.Here we briefly summarize the key advances in the construction and fundamental investigation of versatile vdWHs from diverse 2DACs and beyond,and highlight a unique class of vdW superlattices(vdWSLs)consisting of alternating 2D atomic layers and/or self-assembled molecular layers,with tailored structural symmetry,electronic band modulation,interlayer coupling,and chirality.Lastly,we conclude with a brief outlook on the opportunities in exploring such artificial materials to unlock previously inaccessible physical limits and enable new device concepts beyond the reach of the existing materials.

A design methodology for multi-agent systems is proposed. The systemicframework of CAPP and scheduling integrated multi-agent system according to design methodology isresearched. Agent model, composition model and cooperation model are discussed respectively in themulti-agent system. Static composition model and dynamic running model of CAPP and schedulingintegrated system are presented in composition model. Communication model, language model andprotocol model are discussed in corporation model. CSIMAS, CAPP and scheduling integratedmulti-agent prototype system, is developed to illuminate system model. Multiple non-rotational partsare tested in distributed process planning and scheduling environment of CSIMAS.

The numerous construction projects in China provide the best environment for the development of information technology applied in building design.Various commercial CAD/CAE software applications are purchased by design firms for multi-disciplinary design tasks.However,researches on integration and interoperability are seldom considered.This study pursues a breakthrough point of integration in the architectural and structural domains and expects further development in other aspects.A central building information modeling (BIM) framework based on the industry foundation classes (IFC) is proposed to handle the data exchange between IFC-compatible architectural models and structural models.A central XML(extensible markup language)-based unified finite element model (FEM) is proposed for model conversion among various commercial structural CAE software applications.In addition to bidirectional data interfaces among IFC-based BIM,XML-based FEM and various commercial FEMs,some other components such as visualization,calculation and model editing/check are also equipped into the prototype system.

In this paper,the forecasting equations of a 2nd-order space-time differential remainder are deduced from the Navier-Stokes primitive equations and Eulerian operator by Taylor-series expansion.Here we introduce a cubic spline numerical model(Spline Model for short),which is with a quasi-Lagrangian time-split integration scheme of fitting cubic spline/bicubic surface to all physical variable fields in the atmospheric equations on spherical discrete latitude-longitude mesh.A new algorithm of"fitting cubic spline—time step integration—fitting cubic spline—……"is developed to determine their first-and2nd-order derivatives and their upstream points for time discrete integral to the governing equations in Spline Model.And the cubic spline function and its mathematical polarities are also discussed to understand the Spline Model’s mathematical foundation of numerical analysis.It is pointed out that the Spline Model has mathematical laws of"convergence"of the cubic spline functions contracting to the original functions as well as its 1st-order and 2nd-order derivatives.The"optimality"of the 2nd-order derivative of the cubic spline functions is optimal approximation to that of the original functions.In addition,a Hermite bicubic patch is equivalent to operate on a grid for a 2nd-order derivative variable field.Besides,the slopes and curvatures of a central difference are identified respectively,with a smoothing coefficient of 1/3,three-point smoothing of that of a cubic spline.Then the slopes and curvatures of a central difference are calculated from the smoothing coefficient 1/3 and three-point smoothing of that of a cubic spline,respectively.Furthermore,a global simulation case of adiabatic,non-frictional and"incompressible"model atmosphere is shown with the quasi-Lagrangian time integration by using a global Spline Model,whose initial condition comes from the NCEP reanalysis data,along with quasi-uniform latitude-longitude grids and the so-called"shallow atmosphere"Navier-Stokes primitive equations in the spherical coor
