To date,no satisfactory treatment for COVID-19 is available.This review reported few recent updates regarding the drugs(allopathy/traditional medicines)used for the treatment of COVID-19 concerning clinical studies.Content of the article spotlight the contribution of allopathic and Ayurvedic drugs to the scientific basis for utilization as a potential therapy against COVID-19 infection and provide new insights on the integration of allopathy and traditional medicine.It advocated the combination of these two systems of treatment will ascertain their integrations,and there would be a good possibility and scope for developing a model of integration in the management of COVID-19.Provided discussion may help researchers,physicians,and healthcare policymakers to encourage for effective and integrated use of allopathic and Ayurvedic medicines to control the COVID-19 pandemic more effectively.

Bloody Mahjong is a kind of mahjong.It is very popular in China in recent years.It not only has the characteristics of mahjong's conventional state space,huge hidden information,complicated rules,and large randomness of hand cards but also has special rules such as Change three,Hu must lack at least one suit,and Continue playing after Hu.These rules increase the difficulty of research.These special rules are used as the input of the deep learning DenseNet *** is used to extract the Mahjong situation features.The learned features are used as the input of the classification algorithm XGBoost,and then the XGBoost algorithm is used to derive the card strategy.Experiments show that the fusion model of deep learning and XGBoost proposed in this paper has higher accuracy than the single model using only one of them in the case of highdimensional sparse features.In the case of fewer training rounds,accuracy of the model can still reach 83%.In the games against real people,it plays like human.

The results of an accident analysis for the loss of offsite power(LOOP)scenario in a reference Bushehr-1 VVER-1000/V446 nuclear power plant(NPP)are presented in this paper.This study attempted to provide a better analysis of LOOP accident management by integrating deterministic and probabilistic approaches.The RELAP5 code was used to investigate the occurrence of specific thermal–hydraulic phenomena.The probabilistic safety assessment of the LOOP accident is presented using the SAPHIRE software.LOOP accident data were extracted from the Bushehr NPP final safety analysis reports and probabilistic safety analysis reports.A deterministic approach was used to reduce the core damage frequency in the probabilistic analysis of LOOP accidents.The probabilistic approach was used to better observe the philosophy of defense in depth and safety margins in the deterministic analysis of the LOOP accident.The results show that the integration of the two approaches in LOOP accident investigations improved accident control.

The development of fully solution-processed,biodegradable piezoelectrics is a critical step in the development of green electronics towards the worldwide reduction of harmful electronic waste.However,recent printing processes for piezoelectrics are hindered by the high sintering temperatures required for conventional perovskite fabrication techniques.Thus,a process was developed to manufacture lead-free printed piezoelectric devices at low temperatures to enable integration with eco-friendly substrates and electrodes.A printable ink was developed for screen printing potassium niobate(KNbO3)piezoelectric layers in microns of thickness at a maximum processing temperature of 120℃ with high reproducibility.Characteristic parallel plate capacitor and cantilever devices were designed and manufactured to assess the quality of this ink and evaluate its physical,dielectric,and piezoelectric characteristics;including a comparison of behaviour between conventional silicon and biodegradable paper substrates.The printed layers were 10.7–11.2μm thick,with acceptable surface roughness values in the range of 0.4-1.1μm.The relative permittivity of the piezoelectric layer was 29.3.The poling parameters were optimised for the piezoelectric response,with an average longitudinal piezoelectric coefficient for samples printed on paper substrates measured as d33,eff,paper=13.57±2.84 pC/N;the largest measured value was 18.37 pC/N on paper substrates.This approach to printable biodegradable piezoelectrics opens the way forward for fully solution-processed green piezoelectric devices.

Background and Aims:Functional cure(FC)is characterized by the clearance of the hepatitis B surface antigen from the serum of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).However,the level of intrahepatic covalently closed circular DNA(cccDNA)and hepatitis B virus(HBV)integration remains unclear.We conducted this study to determine them and reveal their value in the treatment of CHB.Methods:There were two sessions to elucidate the changes in intrahepatic cccDNA and HBV integration after antiviral therapy.In the first session,116 patients were enrolled and divided into FC,non-functional cure(NFC),and CHB groups,including 48 patients with functionally cured CHB,27 with CHB without functional cure after antiviral treatment,and 41 with treatment-naïve CHB.Patients were tested for both intrahepatic cccDNA and other viral markers.All patients in the FC group were followed up for at least 24 weeks to observe relapse.In the second session,another ten patients were included for in-depth whole-genome sequencing to analyze HBV integration.Results:Thirteen patients in the FC group were negative for intrahepatic cccDNA.Intrahepatic cccDNA was much higher in the CHB group compared with the FC group.Seven patients had HBsAg seroreversion,including two with virological relapse.integration of HBV was detected in one(33.3%)functionally cured patients and in seven(100%)with CHB.28.0%of the HBV breakpoints were assigned in the 1,500 nt to 1,900 nt range of the HBV genome.Conclusions:After achieving an FC,the rate of intrahepatic cccDNA and HBV integration was significantly reduced in patients with CHB.For those patients who cleared intrahepatic cccDNA,the chances of developing virological relapse were even lower.

Many-body perturbation theory methods,such as the G0W0 approximation,are able to accurately predict quasiparticle(QP)properties of several classes of materials.However,the calculation of the QP band structure of two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors is known to require a very dense BZ sampling,due to the sharp q-dependence of the dielectric matrix in the long-wavelength limit(q→0).In this work,we show how the convergence of the QP corrections of 2D semiconductors with respect to the BZ sampling can be drastically improved,by combining a Monte Carlo integration with an interpolation scheme able to represent the screened potential between the calculated grid points.The method has been validated by computing the band gap of three different prototype monolayer materials:a transition metal dichalcogenide(MoS2),a wide band gap insulator(hBN)and an anisotropic semiconductor(phosphorene).The proposed scheme shows that the convergence of the gap for these three materials up to 50meV is achieved by using k-point grids comparable to those needed by DFT calculations,while keeping the grid uniform.

This letter proposes a novel high dynamic range(HDR)pixel using lateral overflow integration capacitor(LOFIC)and adaptive feedback structure.Through detailed analysis of the voltage feedback mechanism,the conversion gain(CG),full well capacity(FWC)and dynamic range(DR)performances of the feedback LOFIC pixel are analytically expressed.The verification results reveal that the equivalent FWC of the feedback LOFIC pixel is 1.89 times of conventional LOFIC pixel,and the DR extension is 5.5 dB.Based on 110 nm CMOS process,a 5.0µm pixel layout is presented,using 13.3 fF capacitance to achieve 83 ke-FWC and 102.8 dB DR,which are 44 ke-and 97.3 dB of conventional LOFIC pixel under the same design conditions.This also demonstrates that the feedback LOFIC pixel can reduce the dependence of extended DR on capacitor area,and can be used as a reference for HDR pixels design.

Microsoft Excel is essential for the End-User Approach (EUA), offering versatility in data organization, analysis, and visualization, as well as widespread accessibility. It fosters collaboration and informed decision-making across diverse domains. Conversely, Python is indispensable for professional programming due to its versatility, readability, extensive libraries, and robust community support. It enables efficient development, advanced data analysis, data mining, and automation, catering to diverse industries and applications. However, one primary issue when using Microsoft Excel with Python libraries is compatibility and interoperability. While Excel is a widely used tool for data storage and analysis, it may not seamlessly integrate with Python libraries, leading to challenges in reading and writing data, especially in complex or large datasets. Additionally, manipulating Excel files with Python may not always preserve formatting or formulas accurately, potentially affecting data integrity. Moreover, dependency on Excel’s graphical user interface (GUI) for automation can limit scalability and reproducibility compared to Python’s scripting capabilities. This paper covers the integration solution of empowering non-programmers to leverage Python’s capabilities within the familiar Excel environment. This enables users to perform advanced data analysis and automation tasks without requiring extensive programming knowledge. Based on Soliciting feedback from non-programmers who have tested the integration solution, the case study shows how the solution evaluates the ease of implementation, performance, and compatibility of Python with Excel versions.
