The main objective of this study is to analyze through tripod strategy Peng, the basics of why the acquisition and sale of Grupo Modelo （which it is the largest brewer in Mexico with the highest market share） through analysis of the annual reports of the company. The analysis will be supported under three main theories： theory of industry, theory of resources and capabilities, and ultimately theory of institutions. The paper concludes with a compilation and analysis of information giving rise to answer the question why 6rupo Modelo sold？ And if have you had a positive result in the acquisition of Grupo Modelo by the company ABI？ The answer is yes. The sale price of the shares by Grupo Modelo was very high and it received an award of 30% over the closing price of the shares of the C series in 2012. So it was a good sale regarding previous observations.

The paper examined the state of GIS （geographic information systems） knowledge and adoption in Nigeria, identified factors affecting its implementation and finally discussed methods of enhancing its use in Nigeria. Administrative records of some institutions and information obtained from published articles in journals and text books were used for the study. Records indicate that GIS is relatively young in Nigeria and in terms of development, it is at its youthful stage. The adoption and use of GIS is low at both Federal and State Government levels. However, factors such as, lack of political will, shortage of experts to train the professionals, lack of standardization of digital data, database development and management problems, institutional constraints, security implications of digital maps and poor funding have been inhibiting full adoption, implementation and use of GIS in Nigeria. There is the need to develop a GIS vision in the country and government should formulate policy and create enabling environment for the adoption and implementation of the new technology.

Community based natural resource management （CBNRM） is perhaps the most important tool for driving community and rural development in southern Africa. The paper therefore analyses the CBNRM framework as a strategy for implementing sustainable tourism and poverty alleviation initiatives in Botswana, Namibia, and Zambia. The article specifically underscores the importance of local-level participatory management and utilisation of natural resources in the region. Paying special attention to the previous researches that have been conducted in Botswana, Namibia, and Zambia, the methodological approach employed in the paper centres on critical discourse analysis and review of literatures to highlight the interface existing between CBNRM and rural （tourism） development. The analytical framework of the paper is thus rooted in the Common Property Resource （CPR） theory Overall, the authors argue that tourism, poverty alleviation, rural development, and sustainable natural resource use are linked and interrelated in the process of enhancing community well-being. Findings indicate that CBNRM initiatives have had a significant and positive impact in achieving sustainable tourism, rural development, poverty alleviation, and natural resource management. Specifically, findings show that the CBNRM has contributed to the reduction in wildlife poaching. While other pertinent issues remain, national governments in the three southern African economies need to fully appropriate the benefits that CBNRM offers and improve on them for better implementation of developmental programs.

One of the most interesting outcomes from the recent collaboration between natural and social scientists is the concept of resilience, which imported from engineering to ecology. The problem with that concept is that it is hard if not impossible to get simple measures for resilience as far as social-ecological systems are complex ones. Using a system dynamics model, the author shows that, for assessing resilience of systems like irrigation systems, it probably helps to see the process of resilience loss as a systemic one, in which dynamics is given by positive self-reinforcing loops, like the one we have labeled in this paper--the death spiral. The author also presents a list of symptoms of collapse in irrigation systems, in order to assess the resilience of those systems, and suggest some future avenues of research on the subject.

We make an empirical analysis of regional characteristics of influence factors of financial exclusion by using the data of types and levels of financial institutions in China from 1998 to 2012. The study shows that the number of financial institutions continues to increase,but with uneven distribution; the density of financial institutions increases steadily and the gap between the eastern regions and the Midwest is huge; the commercial banks of the eastern regions account for the highest proportion but the rate of basic outlets of the commercial bank is low,the rate of basic outlets of the rural institution bank is relatively higher,and the proportion of the Midwest rural banks is high. Even though the financial exclusion eases,large differences still exist in different areas and the situation is rather critical in rural areas,especially the financial exclusion in western rural areas is the worst. The economic development level,area scale,government expenditure,personal savings level,per capita consumption and educational level have different effects on financial exclusion. Accordingly,this paper puts forward the recommendations for coordinating the financial resource from all regions and reducing the regional financial exclusion.
