infrared measuring device is a device used for infrared radiation characteristic measurement. It is widely applied to each field of the military, industrial, medical, agriculture and forestry in our production life. The calibration of infrared measuring equipment directly affects the system error and the test precision of the instrument, so establish the feasible and effective calibration method, has become a work that can’t be ignored. In this paper, the calibration method of infrared measuring equipment were systematically reviewed, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various calibration method;Summarizes the difficulties in calibration process;Finally draws the conclusion, that is the future development direction of this technology.

Real-time process control of powder bed fusion by monitoring dynamic temperature field

This study aims to optimize the uniformity of the temperature field during sintering to improve part performance.A temperature-field monitoring system is established based on an infrared thermal imager and the temperature field data obtained during the sintering of a part can be measured in real *** relationship among the sintering temperature field,sintering process parameters,and part performance is established ***,a temperature field monitoring and analysis system is constructed,and various sintering temperature-field control strategies are established for various part ***,a dynamic control strategy for controlling the temperature field during sintering is proposed,experimentally validated,and fully integrated into a developed powder bed fusion(PBF)*** eight-shaped standard parts,the range of sintering temperature field is optimized from 44.1℃to 19.7℃,whereas the tensile strength of the parts increased by 15.4%.For large-size H parts,localized over burning is eliminated and the final quality of the part is *** strategy is critical for the optimization of the PBF process for large-sized parts,in particular in the large-sized die manufacturing industry,which offers promise in the optimization of part performance.

Monitoring coal fires in Datong coalfield using multi-source remote sensing data

Numerous coal fires burn underneath the Datong coalfield because of indiscriminate *** TM/ETM,unmanned aerial vehicle（UAV）,and infrared thermal imager were employed to monitor underground coal fires in the Majiliang mining *** thermal field distributions of this area in 2000,2002,2006,2007,and 2009 were obtained using Landsat TM/*** changes in the distribution were then analyzed to approximate the locations of the coal *** UAV imagery employed at a very high resolution（0.2 m）,the texture information,linear features,and brightness of the ground fissures in the coal fire area were *** these data were combined to build a knowledge model of determining fissures and were used to support underground coal fire *** infrared thermal imager was used to map the thermal field distribution of areas where coal fire is *** were analyzed to identify the hot spot trend and the depth of the burning point.
