An ensemble learning model for driver drowsiness detection and accident prevention using the behavioral features analysis

Purpose-In order to prevent accidents during driving,driver drowsiness detection systems have become a hot topic for researchers.There are various types of features that can be used to detect drowsiness.Detection can be done by utilizing behavioral data,physiological measurements and vehicle-based data.The existing deep convolutional neural network(CNN)models-based ensemble approach analyzed the behavioral data comprises eye or face or head movement captured by using a camera images or videos.However,the developed model suffered from the limitation of high computational cost because of the application of approximately 140million parameters.Design/methodology/approach-The proposed model uses significant feature parameters from the feature extraction process such as ReliefF,infinite,Correlation,Term Variance are used for feature selection.The features that are selected are undergone for classification using ensemble classifier.Findings-The output of these models is classified into non-drowsiness or drowsiness categories.Research limitations/implications-In this research work higher end camera are required to collect videos as it is cost-effective.Therefore,researches are encouraged to use the existing datasets.Practical implications-This paper overcomes the earlier approach.The developed model used complex deep learning models on small dataset which would also extract additional features,thereby provided a more satisfying result.Originality/value-Drowsiness can be detected at the earliest using ensemble model which restricts the number of accidents.

Borges wants his reader to use imagination to participate in his fiction, to imagine the vision of the universe as anAleph. The vision of the Aleph is paradoxical, impossible, inexpressible--a point in space, in the basement of ahouse in Buenos Aires, where all other points in the universe are simultaneously present. The reader sees theAleph--or the illusion of the Aleph, watching it emerge as if through Borges＇ own eyes, as an unrequited lover andfrustrated poet gradually accommodating the infinite vision to the limitations of actual perception. The illusion ofactual presence the reader evokes seems to include the reader as both a subject reading and an object in the vision.The reader mirrors himself in the enumeration as the reader imaginatively projects associations and expectationsinto the images in order to make sense of them. The reader tries to avoid involving himself in the vision, but theimages the writer presents the reader with are ambiguous, schematic, demanding intervention to try to resolveapparently unresolved contradictions by trying out the different interpretations that may make sense of them. Overand over again in reading the enumeration the reader encounters images that allow him to convert sequence intosimultaneity, part into whole. Other images suggest the presence of infinite, multiple, perspectives on each objectconverging in the Aleph and reveal insights into hidden designs and into secret interiors of structures. The visionthe reader reads must seem to exceed the limits of language and perception. Opposed to images of disintegrationand chaotic dispersal are microcosmic images that suggest a whole reflected or contained in its parts, worldsreflected within worlds by infinite regress. infinite regress undermines the assumption of a subject and objectdichotomy in the act of reading and enhances the illusion of participation in the vision. infinite regress, imagewithin image, world within world, is a symmetry that asserts itself against the illusion of the enumeration asapparently random and

Zero-energy state is investigated by taking infinitesimal energy and observing its uncertainty in space-time, adopting quantum mechanics. In this paper, the uncertainty in conventional quantum mechanics is found to be interpreted as freedom in space-time, which results in possibility of time travel and space transition of the zero-energy state, which could be information or mind. The wave function of a physical system composed of multiple particles or wave-packets is examined and found that it can be arbitrarily changed by grouping by observers. It leads to an idea that even infinitesimal energy or wave-packets in a heavy physical system may separately exist and it has the infinite freedom of space-time.

The recent observation of superconductivity in thin films of infinite-layer nickelate Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2) has received considerable attention.Despite the many efforts to understand the superconductivity in infinite-layer nickelates,a consensus on the underlying mechanism for the superconductivity has yet to be reached,partly owing to the challenges with the material synthesis.Here,we report the successful growth of superconducting infinite-layer Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2) films by pulsed laser deposition and soft chemical reduction.The details on the growth process are discussed.

In this paper, we introduce a kind of Sobolev-Wiener spaces defined on the whole realaxis and discuss their infinite dimensional width and optimal interpolation problems. Wegive the exact values （of strong asymptotics） of the infinite dimensional Kolmogorov widthand linear width of W∞,pr（R） in the metric Lp（R）. Meanwhile, we also solve its optimalinterpolation problem.

The radiation of a magnetic dipole in an infinite anisotropic plasma medium is analyzed.A three-dimensional Fourier transform is employed to compute the field which is represented by using a dyadic formulation and it is shown that the far field can be expressed as a sum of two separate spherical waves.As an example,radiation patterns of the dipole parallel to the geomagnetic field in two different frequency regions are calculated.

Modern society is becoming more dependent on clean and sustainable energy resources because of growing energy demand caused by population and economic expansion,as well as limited traditional fossil fuels,which can cause significant damage to our environment.Solar cell technology,which uses the photovoltaic effect to convert sunlight directly into electricity,has emerged as the most promising renewable energy source because of the infinite abundance of sunlight,low transportation costs,and low pollution.In most cases,the core structure of a solar cell consists of an absorption layer,which uses the photon energy of sunlight to produce electron-hole pairs in a semiconductor,and a p-n junction,which induces a built-in electric field to separate light-generated carriers and creates a flow of electricity when connected to an external circuit.

By using a coordinate origin translation and a scale transformation,of which both are constants,the metric of the superposition of a Schwarzschild black hole(SBH)and a semi-infinite rod(SIR)is transformed to the standard form of a vacuum C metric(VCM)in Weyl coordinate system,and for this reason the metric is a VCM exactly.Expressions of mass and acceleration parameters in the VCM are obtained.The expressions show,as a result of the superposition,both the mass of the SBH and the acceleration parameter of the SIR take very great and complex changes.
