In order to achieve the development goals of emission peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060,carbon reduction measures should be implemented in the whole industrial *** on the existing research,the basic logic of carbon reduction in the industrial chain is analyzed,and then the specific strategies for carbon reduction in the industrial chain are proposed,including:reducing the use of fossil energy and vigorously developing the new energy industry;reducing carbon through energy conservation,industrial upgrading,development of circular economy,and application of carbon capture technology;reducing carbon through low-carbon transformation of logistics industry,innovation of trading methods,and promotion of low-carbon green *** external guarantee system for carbon reduction includes the introduction of relevant policies,laws and regulations,and the use of carbon emission trading mechanism.

Mobile Media Developing Analysis Based on 3G industrial chain

In the past decades,China's rare earth products have occupied a very important position in the international ***,the existing literature still lacks an in-depthinvestigation on how competitive China's rare earth element(REE) products are,especially from an industrial chain *** this study,we developed a new revealed comparative advantage(RCA) method by projection pursuit modeling and adopted the constant market share(CMS) model for measuring the long-term dynamic trends of the international competitiveness of China's REE *** results show that:(1) The international competitiveness of China's REE products has declined sharply in the past decade,and rebounded only in recent years;(2) The comparative advantages of China's REE products in the industrial chain vary greatly,the mid-and down-stream products have strong comparative advantages,while those in the upstream have no competitive edge;(3) China's REE market share is highly concentrated,and its market structure evolution reveals that the up-and mid-streams have been optimizing,but deteriorating in the *** on these findings,we proposed relevant policy recommendations accordingly.

In the research of 3G industry ecosystem, 3G mobile data services’ key point to success is to build up a good mature and stable ecosystem. The concept of 3G mobile data services value chain and industrial chain is introduced and the different roles of last consumers, network facility providers analyzed. New media almost is a promotion for traditional media to integrate their advantages, enhance integrative competence, and then shine a new energy. As a newly developing area, mobile media has many issues to research and discuss. The new media and traditional media’s intergrowth, competition, and complement will promote media striding forward.

自主可控的现代制造业体系是构建新发展格局和现代经济体系的关键，也是实现经济高质量发展和塑造国际竞争新优势的内在选择。在重新界定自主可控现代制造业体系的概念与特征的基础上，基于统计数据对中国现代制造业体系自主可控水平的测度和分析结果表明：第一，相较于部分发达国家，中国在全球分工中主要从事加工组装环节，导致制造业整体技术自主水平较低；第二，中国劳动密集型行业的自主可控水平较高，产业链供应链相对安全；第三，高技术密集型行业和部分资源密集型行业对外依存度较高，存在关键核心技术“卡脖子”、产业链供应链断链的风险；第四，中国构建自主可控的现代制造业体系面临着低成本优势丧失、创新尚未成为产业发展的新动能、国际力量对比变化、大国竞争、逆全球化、新冠病毒感染疫情及新一代信息技术革命等内部和外部双重因素叠加带来的严峻挑战。在新发展阶段，中国构建自主可控现代制造业体系的实践路径应以科技自主为核心、安全可控为关键、数字化转型为抓手。

is well known that a lot of studies have been conducted on the modernization of industrial and supply ***,scholars have not reached a consensus on the definition and dynamic mechanism of the improvement of the modernization level of industrial and supply chains *** paper clarifies the constituent factors of industrial and supply chains and defines the connotation of improvement of the modernization level of industrial and supply chains from the perspective of constituent subjects and structure according to the characteristics and requirements of the new ***,the paper proposes improving the modernization level of industrial and supply chains aiming to make it more adaptable to the requirements of Chinese development in a new stage,the increasing instability and uncertainty in the international environment,and a new round of technological *** this end,the improvement of the modernization level of industrial and supply chains should embrace the further enhancement of the following dimensions:innovation capability,added value,sustainability,digitalization,safety and reliability,fairness,and smooth *** on the analysis of the upgrade types of the existing industrial and supply chains,this paper distinguishes the factors driving the improvement of the modernization level of industrial and supply chains from a basic *** proposes four basic dynamic mechanisms,namely,final demand,factor supply,regional industrial cluster,and integration into the global industrial division ***,the paper analyzes the working way of the four dynamic mechanisms and the main constraints they face,and based on this,put forward a path to break through the constraints.

It is an important component of national security,and also a required driver for coordinating development and security and building a new pattern of development to maintain the security and stability of and enhance the independent controllability of industrial and supply *** to the principles of taking enterprises as the mainstay,coordinating points and chains,combining advantages and disadvantages,adopting classified policies,and linking internal and external chains,the three industrial chains should be planned as a whole for the purpose of their coordinated and efficient operation,so as to solidly enhance,supplement,optimize,and consolidate industrial and supply chains,enhance support to the core links of industrial chains,exploit preponderant and advantageous links,accelerate the incubation of leading and hidden champion enterprises in the industrial ecology,promote the coordination between central and local governments,optimize the policy support system for the modernization of industrial chains,deepen international cooperation among industrial chains,expedite the construction of independent,controllable,safe,and efficient industrial and supply chains,and significantly improve the stability,international competitiveness,and modernization of China's industrial and supply chains.

CO2 and SO2 emission characteristics of the whole process industry chain of coal processing and utilization in China

The total coal consumption in China is on the *** characteristics of CO2 and SO2 emissions in the whole process of coal processing and utilization in China are worthy of *** on the five links of the whole process of coal production and utilization,including coal production,raw coal processing,logistics and transportation,conversion and utilization and resource utilization,this paper summarized and analyzed the energy consumption and pollutant emission sources of these five links,combined with the US Environmental Protection Agency’s AP-42 method and IPCC method,to calculate total pollutant discharge and emission factors,where the emission factors were corrected by conversion *** the same time,uncertainty analysis is performed about CO2 and SO2 *** results showed that CO2 emissions were 3.657 billion tons,and emission reductions were 61 million tons,and SO2 emissions were 4,844,500 tons,and emission reductions were 10.3595 million tons in 2015.
