Digital twin system framework and information model for industry chain based on industrial internet

The integration of industrial internet,cloud computing,and big data technology is changing the business and management mode of the industry ***,the industry chain is characterized by a wide range of fields,complex environment,and many factors,which creates a challenge for efficient integration and leveraging of industrial big *** at the integration of physical space and virtual space of the current industry chain,we propose an industry chain digital twin(DT)system framework for the industrial *** addition,an industry chain information model based on a knowledge graph(KG)is proposed to integrate complex and heterogeneous industry chain data and extract industrial ***,the ontology of the industry chain is established,and an entity alignment method based on scientific and technological achievements is ***,the bidirectional encoder representations from Transformers(BERT)based multi-head selection model is proposed for joint entity–relation extraction of industry chain ***,a relation completion model based on a relational graph convolutional network(R-GCN)and a graph sample and aggregate network(GraphSAGE)is proposed which considers both semantic information and graph structure information of *** results show that the performances of the proposed joint entity–relation extraction model and relation completion model are significantly better than those of the ***,an industry chain information model is established based on the data of 18 industry chains in the field of basic machinery,which proves the feasibility of the proposed method.

With the advent of the internet of Everything(IoE),the concept of fully interconnected systems has become a reality,and the need for seamless communication and interoperability among different industrial systems has become more pressing than ever *** address the challenges posed by massive data traffic,we demonstrate the potentials of semantic information processing in industrial manufacturing processes and then propose a brief framework of semantic processing and communication system for industrial *** particular,the scheme is featured with task-orientation and collaborative *** illustrate its applicability,we provide examples of time series and images,as typical industrial data sources,for practical tasks,such as lifecycle estimation and surface defect *** results show that semantic information processing achieves a more efficient way of information processing and exchanging,compared to conventional methods,which is crucial for handling the demands of future interconnected industrial networks.

This paper gives a definition of the industrial internet and expounds on the academic connotation of the future industrial *** this foundation,we outline the development and current status of the industrial internet in China and ***,we detail the avant-garde paradigms encompassed within the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)’s“Future industrial internet Fundamental Theory and Key Technologies”research plan and its corresponding management *** research initiative endeavors to enhance interdisciplinary collaborations,aiming for a synergistic alignment of industry,academia,research,and practical *** primary focus of the research plan is on the pivotal scientific challenges inherent to the future industrial *** is poised to traverse the“first mile”,encompassing foundational research and pioneering innovations specific to the industrial internet,and seamlessly bridges to the“last mile”,ensuring the effective commercialization of scientific and technological breakthroughs into tangible industrial market *** anticipated contributions from this initiative are projected to solidify both the theoretical and practical scaffolding essential for the cultivation of a globally competitive industrial internet infrastructure in China.

industrial internet upgrades the traditional industrial manufacturing to digitization,networking and intellectualization era,which calls for brand-new technology *** a promising solution,the emergence Digital Twin(DT)offers enhanced digital mapping capability with strong feasibility,security,economic and intelligence,which fits well with the concept of industrial *** this paper,we focus on establishing a new reference architecture of DT to support the development of industrial *** is composed of three interdependent layers(i.e.,physical layer,DT layer and DT networks layer)and four critical attributes(i.e.,privacy,security,awareness and real-time).We illustrate our perspectives for the functionality and relationship of the three layers,and features and feasible solutions of the four *** those efforts,the proposed DT architecture can provide both smart manufacturing and networked services for industrial internet ***,we also illustrate the relevant and open ***,the conclusion and future perspective are pointed out.

A New Model for Network Security Situation Assessment of the industrial internet

To address the problem of network security situation assessment in the industrial internet,this paper adopts the evidential reasoning(ER)algorithm and belief rule base(BRB)method to establish an assessment ***,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the industrial internet and selects evaluation indicators that contain not only quantitative data but also qualitative ***,the evaluation indicators are fused with expert knowledge and the ER *** to the fusion results,a network security situation assessment model of the industrial internet based on the ER and BRB method is established,and the projection covariance matrix adaptive evolution strategy(P-CMA-ES)is used to optimize the model *** method can not only utilize semiquantitative information effectively but also use more uncertain information and prevent the problem of combinatorial ***,it solves the problem of the uncertainty of expert knowledge and overcomes the problem of low modeling accuracy caused by insufficient ***,a network security situation assessment case of the industrial internet is analyzed to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the *** research results showthat this method has strong applicability to the network security situation assessment of complex industrial internet *** can accurately reflect the actual network security situation of industrial internet systems and provide safe and reliable suggestions for network administrators to take timely countermeasures,thereby improving the risk monitoring and emergency response capabilities of the industrial internet.

In order processing in the industrial internet platform for textile and clothing,assigning optimal order quantities to each factory is the focus and the existing *** order allocation is a typical NP⁃hard problem in combinatorial optimization,and typical research of this kind is still at the initial *** paper aims to improve the optimization approach to select factories and to allocate proper orders to each *** designs a genetic algorithm by making a deviation constraint rule for the initial population and introducing a penalty function to improve ***,the objective functions of total cost along with the related constraints undergo optimization in the *** experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the model and provide an optimal order allocation for multi⁃factories with less cost and computational duration.
