China will establish the Xihe System based on Beidou/GNSS, Mobile Communication, Internet and Satellite Communication system to realize the Seamless Outdoor and indoor positioning in Wide Area （SOIPWA） on personal mobile terminals. indoor positioning System （IPS）is one of the main components and effective supplement for indoor positioning signal resource to resolve the positioning signal coverage of blind areas in complicated indoor environment based on current 2G/3G communication network and existing equipment. According to the requirement, the IPS adopted the unified time-frequency reference which affects the accuracy of indoor positioning directly. This paper provides an acquisition method of high accuracy frequency source used in the indoor positioning signal supplement. positioning signals from outdoor base stations are acquired by RF front end and tracked by the carrier loop and code loop adjusting. After that, positioning signals are locked and synchronized to extract the high accuracy frequency source used for IPS, which can be built with low cost and precisely integrated with an outdoor positioning system. In practical test, the method satisfies the need of the accuracy and stability in time-frequency reference for IPS with high frequency accuracy, quick start and low drift rate through adjusting high accuracy Voltage Controlled Oscillator （VCO） by Digital to Analog Converter（DAC） with the frequency difference result from the adaptive loop.

Constructing a fingerprint database using the received signal strength is a widely used solution for indoor positioning to fit the positioning result online through matching the database with *** fingerprint database construction methods are time-consuming and difficult to sample in special *** this paper,Kriging interpolation algorithm is proposed to interpolate or extrapolate fingerprint databases,in order to solve such problems,such as large workload,long time-consuming and difficult of sampling special features in the construction of fingerprint *** experiment is done using the Kriging algorithm and Inverse Distance Weighted algorithm to interpolate the database with 60% sampling points as known *** experimental results show that the interpolation error of the Kriging algorithm is 4.49 dBm,which is 5% lower than that by the Inverse Distance Weighted algorithm.

With the gradual progress of the urbanization process of modern society and the continuous improvement of residents’ living standard, people’s demand for IPS(indoor positioning System) is more urgent than that of the past, higher requirements for positioning accuracy, positioning robustness and positioning energy consumption are put forward. Low-power Bluetooth technology has the characteristics of low-cost, easy deployment and low power consumption, supporting all mainstream smartphone operating systems, and attracting extensive attention from academic and industry field. In this paper, aiming at the situation that current Bluetooth low energy positioning accuracy has large fluctuation under the circumstance of multipath propagation, external disturbance and other factors, and has poor user experience, a Bluetooth localization algorithm based on map path calibration and time series filtering is proposed(MCTF). This algorithm comprehensively utilizes a post-processing method based on the average sliding window, time-series based spatial restraint post-processing method and path information based location calibration method, effectively eliminating the large fluctuation of positioning results caused by multipath propagation and other external wireless signal interference in complex indoor environment. By using map information, based on the fact that position cannot be transient, utilizing feedback filtering, positioning results can get path correction and directioncorrection respectively, solving the problem that the positioning coordinates jump between adjacent narrow aisles and jump back and forth on the same path during the positioning process. Extensive experiments performed in shopping mall, building office, exhibition center and other typical indoor environments demonstrate that the average positioning error of the proposed algorithm is within 1.5 m, which has good robustness and ensures the smoothness, accuracy and stability of the positioning result.

In view of user’s requirements of high performance, easy operation and low cost with indoor location, data acquisition software based on Android platform utilize sensors built-in cellphone is used to study the pedestrian dead reckoning（PDR）. Step detection and step length estimation are carried out by collecting leg swing angle while walking, and the classical step length estimation algorithm is improved. At the same time, the improved heuristic drift elimination algorithm is used to calculate the direction. Finally, the experiment results show that the PDR technology can better satisfy the requirements of indoor pedestrian positioning, and as for the low-cost multi-sensor. compared with the existing algorithm, the improved algorithm with higher positional accuracy.

This paper proposes an adaptive Monte Carlo location（MCL） algorithm in stages to improve the common problems existed in the traditional MCL method,such as the high computational complexity,and the hijacked circumstance for the mobile ***,the current positioned state,namely global localization or local localization,is ***,different particles are assigned to conduct localization and tracking based on the different status of positioning *** addition,the accuracy of the positioning system is used to detect whether the robot has been hijacked or *** research of SLAM carried out on the Robot Operating System（ROS） shows that the proposed method is effective in achieving an accurate localization and reducing the computational *** is suitable for indoor mobile robot SLAM.

The positioning scheme which based on the RSSI fingerprint database has started to spring up in recent years. However, due to the instability of the RSSI signal, the effect of the fingerprint database positioning scheme is not remarkable. In order to obtain high-precision positioning results, we require intensive fingerprint data which is difficult to sample. Therefore, we propose a scheme of fitting a dense fingerprinting database through the sparse fingerprint database, and adopt two improved machine learning algorithms（WKNN and RBF neural network） to establish the location model Experiments show that it is reliable to build dense fingerprint database through measuring sparse fingerprints firstly and use WKNN or RBF neural network to establish a localization *** last we achieved the positioning accuracy less than 25 cm within a range of 5 m × 5 m
