The properties of Raman phonons are very important due to the fact that they can availably reflect some important physical information. An abnormal Raman peak is observed at about 558 cm-1in In film composed of In/InOx core–shell structured nanoparticles, and the phonon mode stays very stable when the temperature changes. Our results indicate that this Raman scattering is attributed to the existence of incomplete indium oxide in the oxide shell.

indium phosphide(InP) quantum dots(QDs) have shown great potential to replace the widely applied toxic cadmiumcontaining and lead perovskite QDs due to their similar emission wavelength range and emission peak width but without intrinsic toxicity. Recently, electrically driven red and green InP-based quantum-dot light-emitting diodes(QLEDs) have achieved great progress in external quantum efficiency(EQE), reaching up to 12.2% and 6.3%, respectively. Despite the relatively poor device performance comparing with cadmium selenide(CdSe)-and perovskite-based QLEDs, these encouraging facts with unique environmental friendliness and solution-processability foreshadow the enormous potential of InP-based QLEDs for energy-efficient, high-color-quality thin-film display and solid-state lighting applications. In this article, recent advances in the research of the InP-based QLEDs have been discussed, with the main focus on device structure selection and interface research, as well as our outlook for on-going strategies of high-efficiency InP-based QLEDs.

Modeling and simulation of photovoltaic (PV) systems represents an essential task for the integration of PV panels in current power applications. At the present time, there are sizing tools of photovoltaic systems available on the market, taking into account the proposed energy consumption, site localization and system cost. An advanced specialized program (PVSyst) was considered. The sizing and simulations of two PV important applications were developed using PV modules based on three different technologies: monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon, as well as CIS. Our results showed how different types of solar cell technologies influenced the final power output and performances for a PV LED lighting, as well as for a PV water pumping system, in terms of overall yield, efficiency and system availability.

The mechanical properties of indium telluride (InTe) crystals grown by the Bridgman technique were investigated at room temperature using a Vickers hardness tester. The microhardness is observed to vary nonlinearly with the applied load, 10 - 100 g. The cleaved ingots are found to have high value of microhardness (222.44 kg/mm2 at a load of25 g), which reflects an appreciable degree of strength due to their covalent bonding and homogeneity. The studies revealed that the dislocations in the grown crystals offered a resistance to fresh dislocations due to interaction. At higher loads, plastic deformation induces by slip, exhibiting a decrease in hardness from the peak value. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of indium telluride crystals were evaluated in the frequency range, 1 kHz - 1 MHz for different temperatures (35oC - 140oC). The frequency dependence of AC conductivity was analyzed as a function of temperature. The effect of temperature and frequency on the dielectric response of InTe crystals has been assessed on their cleavage faces and the obtained results are discussed.

In the present paper the polarographic behaviors of germanium-ALC are studied. Three adsorptive complex waves of germanium-ALC have been obtained in NH_3-NH_4Cl buffer solution.

The polarographie adsorptive complex waves of rare earth-ALG, indium-ALC and gallium-ALG have been reported. The reaction between germanium and ALC has been studied by Nazarenko et al. using spectrophotometric method. In the present paper, the polarographic behaviors of germanium-ALC are studied. Three adsorptive complex waves of germanium-ALG have been obtained in NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution. The P4（Ep= -1.06V） is the most sensitive one among them. The limit of detection is 1 × 10-7M for germanium and the sensitivity is higher than photometry by one order.
