In order to improve the car sales service 4S shop management level,improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises,incentives are used to encourage their own 4s shops.In this paper,throughout the related analysis of the quarterly and annual awards incentive program in large-scale domestic automobile enterprises,entropy method with MATLAB software is applied to establish the dimensional fit function.In the data processing,the multiple linear regression function into Lingo software is employed to get the best solution;and C language is used to run the screening data program through the consistency test program in the sensitivity and error analysis.First of all,consider the company to maximize profits and maximize the amount of complaints in the store to maintain a low target;in terms of staff,we should consider providing more incentives for employees;in the customer,the overall satisfaction,service Attitude,vehicle cleanliness based should be improved.And two programs for the monthly profit and excess profits of progressive incentives should also be improved.

The stringency of environmental policy is likely to change the gains of economic agents. Using a general equilibrium model and an assumption that capital-intensive industries tend to be intensive emitters of greenhouse gases (GHG), we find that a stricter GHG emission scheme will reduce the rent for capital owners but increase the wage for workers. This effect could motivate capital owners or workers to oppose or support a stricter GHG policy. The paper also empirically assesses the model’s key assumption by using production input (capital stock and labor), output, and GHG emission data from U.S industrial sectors. The regression result supports a strong positive relationship between the capital-labor ratio and the pollution-output ratio. Therefore, the theoretical analysis is relevant to the actual economy.

寡头垄断市场中，寡头企业往往在多项重叠的任务之间展开竞争，增加了国家监管部门设计行业竞争激励机制和寡头企业制定竞争战略的难度。以委托代理理论为基础，依据政府与各大运营商之间的复杂关系，将运营商所占市场份额和努力水平等因素引入经典的Stackelberg和Cournot寡头竞争模型，分析影响运营商利润的相关因素，结合中国电信、中国移动和中国联通的固话、移动和3G网络业务，建立关于电信运营商多任务竞争的委托代理模型，分析政府在保证市场达到纳什均衡条件下对三大运营商的激励问题。研究结果表明，三大运营商的利润与其所占市场份额和努力水平成正比，政府需依据各运营商的市场份额和努力水平等相关因素鼓励三大电信企业向综合信息服务商发展，并加强对各运营商的有效监管和激励。中国电信、中国移动和中国联通应集中精力做好固话业务、移动业务和3G网络业务等基础业务，在各自劣势业务上提高努力水平，增强核心竞争力。

This paper is concomitant with our comparative study analysis of the interests and power of the stake-holders involved in Community Forestry (CF) in six countries. The study hypothesises that, “governance processes and outcomes in CF depend mostly on interests of the powerful external stakeholders”. For this paper which is on CF in Cameroon, the study hypothesizes that, “Power is a hidden factor in Development cooperation”. Based on political theories, the paper uses the “actor-centered power” (ACP) concept of the Community Forestry Working Group (CFWG) in G?ttingen, Germany, the post-development theory and empirical findings, to back up the assertations made in the study through the analysis of thirteen different CFs in the South West region (SWR) of Cameroon. It analyzes the empirically applicable ACP concept, that consists of three elements: trust, incentives and coercion and at the same time connects these elements with the post-development theory. The elements were derived from the basic assumptions on power made by Max Weber in political sciences and Max Krott in forest policy. The study confirms the existence of powerful internal and external stakeholders that influence CF in Cameroon and aims to empower important but marginalised communities. It concludes that, CF as a development instrument to alleviate poverty and increase livelihood while sustainably managing the forest has actually not brought significant or meaningful development to the targeted sector of the
