Based on the characteristics of the air alliance environment saving transport mileage,the hub location problem of the air cargo network was ***,the air alliance selection probability model was introduced to determine the alliance self-operation or outsourcing probability in different ***,according to the location center rule,with the goal of minimizing the total cost,the hub location model was *** improved immune chaos genetic algorithm was used to solve this *** results show that the improved algorithm has stronger convergence and better effect than the immune genetic *** the number of hubs increases,the fixed cost increases,but the transportation cost *** greater the discount factor,the fixed cost,and the self operating cost sharing coefficient,the higher the total network *** airline which joins the air alliance can greatly reduce the operating cost of ***,airlines should consider joining the alliance.

Research on BP Neural Network algorithm Based on Quasi- Newton Method

With more and more researches about improving BP algorithm, there are more improvement methods. The paper researches two improvement algorithms based on quasi-Newton method, DFP algorithm and L-BFGS algorithm. After fully analyzing the features of quasi- Newton methods, the paper improves BP neural network algorithm. And the adjustment is made for the problems in the improvement process. The paper makes empirical analysis and proves the effectiveness of BP neural network algorithm based on quasi-Newton method. The improved algorithms are compared with the traditional BP algorithm, which indicates that the imoroved BP algorithm is better.

A Designated Harmonic Suppression Technology for Sampled SPWM

Sampled SPWM is an excellent VVVF method of motor speed control, meanwhile the harmonic components of the output wave impairs its applications in practice. A designated harmonic suppression technology is presented for sampled SPWM, which is an improved algorithm for the harmonic suppression in high voltage and high frequency spectrum. As the technology is applied in whole speed adjusting range, the voltage can be conveniently controlled and high frequency harmonic of SP WM is also improved.

The paper analyses the characteristic of traffic flow on freeway. Then a freeway incident detection method based on observing the amplitude curve of wavelet coefficient is advanced, whose key model is fitted between flow and time-occupy ratio in the form of bifurcation equation in order to magnify the characteristic of singular point by wavelet transform, with an improved Newto-Core Numerical Integral Method concerning the characteristic of Marr wavelet function as its key. At the end of this paper, a series of traffic flow data surveyed on Guangzhou-Foshan Freeway is used to testify the superiority of this new method.
