Geopolitically Kengtung region was located in a most strategic place in Myanmar. It shares borders with China on the north and Thailand on the east. Kengtung is a place which forms a significant historical site in the easternmost part of Myanmar. From the geopolitical point of view, the region was located in a most strategic place. Its situation forced to safeguard the region. The town lies on a critical point of Myanmar’s defences. The restriction of exacting money as a yearly tribute did not concern for Kengtung. The tradition of paying homage was appeased to the King. The ruling Sawbwa which achieved the valuable return presents of the Burmese King. Kengtung came in the first class, and was the most important of the Myanmar’s possessions east of the Thanlwin River. Its position may be roughly judged by the tribute paid to the King and the contigent it was bound to supply to the royal army. Therefore, Kengtung was very important for the security of Myanmar’s eastern frontier during the Konbaung period. It was like a small Union within an Empire together with multinational races of Myanmar. A good deed of past events blanket over the town till today.

Rudolf Arnheim’s Gestalt art theory examines visual perceptual forces and the phenomenon of“isomorphism”in psychological movement by exemplifying Chinese images as T’ai-chi *** raising these Chinese examples,he points out the similarities of western and Chinese aesthetic *** deploys Chinese thought,especially Taoism,to complement the deficiency of western *** thought enlightened him to a new path to critically reflect the western traditions of dichotomies,which sharply divides perception from thinking,and art from *** examines Chinese art from a perspective of western psychology,and also reflectson western theories taking Chinese culture as a mirror,in order to supplement western experience and construct a universal scientific aesthetic theory.

images (International Marine Global Change Study)项目现在有24个成员国：澳大利亚、加拿大、丹麦、法国、德国、冰岛、印度、印度尼西亚、日本、墨西哥、荷兰、新西兰、挪威、葡萄牙、俄罗斯、南非、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、中国台湾、突尼斯、英国和美国。images办公室于去年迁往德国的Kiel大学，由Michael Sarnthein任办公室主任，Ann Holbourn任副主任，Stefan Rothe负责数据管理。 images的任务是利用海洋沉积记录研究几十年至几千年的气候变化机制和结果，并且计划和协调大洋钻探航次（取巨大沉积物岩心）以及资助学习班和研讨会。最近5年，images从几个大洋盆地取了400多个长岩心（30～60 m），计划今后3年用“RV Marion Dufresne”号调查船从几个具有极高沉积速率（20 cm/a以上）的地区取心，进行几十年至几百年时间分辨率的气候研究。目前，2001年3个航次的准备工作已经就绪，分别调查西太平洋(5月～6月)、巴基斯坦(10月)以及地中海和黎巴嫩边缘区(8月中旬～9月中旬)。2002年计划调查美国西部边缘、墨西哥湾和加勒比海。2003年计划对南大洋进行调查。马建华摘译自《Pages News》, 2001, Vol. 9, No. 1

The advancements made in Internet of Things(IoT)is projected to alter the functioning of healthcare industry in addition to increased penetration of different ***,data security and private are challenging tasks to accomplish in IoT and necessary measures to be taken to ensure secure *** this background,the current paper proposes a novel lightweight cryptography method for enhance the security in *** proposed encryption algorithm is a blend of Cross Correlation Coefficient(CCC)and Black Widow Optimization(BWO)*** the presented encryption technique,CCC operation is utilized to optimize the encryption process of cryptography *** projected encryption algorithm works in line with encryption and decryption *** key selection is performed with the help of Artificial Intelligence(AI)tool named BWO *** the combination of AI technique and CCC operation,optimal security operation is improved in *** different sets of images collected from databases,the projected technique was validated in MATLAB on the basis of few performance metrics such as encryption time,decryption time,Peak Signal to Noise Ratio(PSNR),CC,Error,encryption time and decryption *** results were compared with existing methods such as Elliptical Curve cryptography(ECC)and Rivest-Shamir-Adleman(RSA)and the supremacy of the projected method is established.

The present study discusses how the emergence of semiology has outlined a new trajectory for visual and pictorial ***,we outline how Ferdinand de Saussure’s thoughts on the sign and its relation to visual communication has ***,we interrogate its impact on art history,an already established science of visuality,throughout the 20th and 21st ***,we briefly discuss whether art history’s answer to reading Saussure is a denial or a positive affirmation of political responsibility shared by visual studies in *** study highlights some of the most pertinent parts of the Saussurean legacy for the study of visual communication as a system,and some of the challenges and opportunities this legacy has created.

文章以初唐前期(唐前期第1期洞窟)至盛唐后期(唐前期第4期第2类洞窟)的代表性洞窟为例，分析了敦煌莫高窟初唐(唐前期第1期洞窟和第2期洞窟)和盛唐(唐前期第3期洞窟和第4期洞窟)诸窟造像各自的形式特点。敦煌莫高窟第220窟之后制作的造像存在着3个顶点：一个是以第328窟为代表的第2期诸窟末期，一个是以第66窟为代表的第3期，还有一个是以第45窟为代表的第4期。可知敦煌莫高窟唐前期造像不断地受到中原(长安)新的流行样式、形式的影响。

There is a long history of animal images in literature. What we have known about animal literature is confined into the Greek mythology, Aesop's Fables and some fairy tales. But in the 20 thcentury, the development of animal literary which focuses on the real animals is great. The Call of the Wild by Jack London is a representative work of describing real animals. This paper will discuss two different images of Buck by means of two archetypes based on Archetype Theory of Carl G. Jung, shadow and hero, in order to study how Buck changed from a dog to a wolf.
