Estimation of the far-field centre is carried out in beam auto-alignment. In this paper, the features of the far-field of a square beam are presented. Based on these features, a phase-only matched filter is designed, and the algorithm of centre estimation is developed. Using the simulated images with different kinds of noise and the 40 test images that are taken in sequence, the accuracy of this algorithm is estimated. Results show that the error is no more than one pixel for simulated noise images with a 99% probability, and the stability is restricted within one pixel for test images. Using the improved algorithm, the consumed time is reduced to 0.049 s.

Multi-Scale Investigation on Concrete Prepared with Recycled Aggregates from Different Parent Concrete

＜正＞ Electronic Speckle Pattern Interometry （ESPI） is one of the most important measurement skills in modern optical techniques. It is developed rapidly and has got many applications in recently years. Measuring by ESPI, the fringes in the interometry pattern must be carefully analyzed. Since all the speckle fringes are modulated by speckle noise, the traditional fringe analysis skills are difficult to be used. The phase demodulating technique, such as Phase Shifting ESPI, is a useful way to analyze the speckle fringe pattern. But sometimes, it meets troubles: the speckle noise can greatly infect the signals. Thus to de-noise the speckle fringe pattern by a suitable filter before processing is *** the principle of phase shifting technique shows, the phase distribution can be calculated by a set of phase shifted fringe patterns. Filtering these fringe patterns will change their gray level and influence the final result. When the traditional image processing methods, such as median filter, mean filter and FFT low-pass filter, are employed to reduce the speckle noise, some useful information will be lost while the noise being removed, especially when there are sharp inner-border in the pattern. For example, when measuring the growing speed of a protein crystal by ESPI, the image of the crystal border will be blurred after the traditional filtering and the data around the crystal border will be polluted. In this paper, an advanced image processing method, the discrete dyadic wavelet transform based non-liner filtering method （DWTNFM） is applied to speckle fringe pattern. By this method, an image can be expanded to a series of sub-images according to their frequency band. The different filtering skills will be applied to the sub-images and the image rebuilding will keep the original characteristic except the speckle noise. For example, it can keep the border of the object in the fringe pattern clear after filtering speckle noise. Compare with other kind of wavelet

Recycled aggregates(RA)are frequently obtained from various unknown sources,which caused variation in properties among recycled aggregates concrete(RAC).This paper investigated the macro and microscopic properties of RAC prepared with RAs originated from different parent concretes with 90-day strength ranging from 30 MPa to 100 *** parent concretes were prepared in advance and crushed to produce RA of distinct *** attached mortar content can reach up to 69%in the concrete with highest strength *** microscopic investigation on different RAC was conducted with the X-ray Micro-Computed Tomography scanning technique and image ***mental results showed that the properties of RA derived from various parent concrete varied because of the amount of residual *** development of mechanical properties and chloride-ion penetration of RACs all followed a binomial trend with the strength grades of the parent concrete because of the different quantity and quality of RAs.

Listeriosis is caused by Listeria monocytogenes(LM) and is currently considered to be one of the leading food-borne diseases worldwide, with mortality rate of 20%~30%. Currently, detection methods for LM are time-consuming with low sensitivity, and delayed detection results. SYTO9 has a high affinity for DNA and exhibits enhanced fluorescence upon binding. Therefore, this study used SYTO9 staining and image processing to develop a rapid loop mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) detection method for LM. Smartphone was successfully used for detecting the color change in different concentrations of LM. Besides, the optimized LAMP reaction temperature was 63 °C by color identification, and the limit of detection for LM was 6 copies/μL in the green channel. So, the developed method, based on image processing, is simple, sensitive and rapid, which provides a new idea and method for rapid detection of LM and other food-borne bacterial pathogens.

This paper introduces a new method of measuring the three-dimensional drape shape of fabrics with structural light. First, we apply parallel annular structural light to form light and shade alternating contour stripes on the surface of fabrics. We then collect the images of contour stripes using Charge Coupled Device (CCD). Subsequently, we process the images to identify the contour stripes and edges of fabrics, and obtain the fabric contour lines of curved surfaces. Finally, we apply three-dimensional curved surface modeling method based on a network of polar coordinates, and reconstruct the three-dimensional drape shape of fabrics. Experiments show that our method is effective in testing and reconstructing three-dimensional drape shape of fabrics.

In order to improve the quality of single-frame image super-resolution reconstruction, a novel interpolation algorithm based on weighted least squares is proposed. Interpolation pixel can be calculated from different directions by Newton interpolation formula, and get Multiple interpolation results. The interpolation result in the super-solution image can be got by using weighted least squares to fuse all the interpolation results. The weight matrix in the least squares method is determined according to the correlation among the pixels in the original image. Thus, contrasting to the conventional method, it uses more useful information to reconstruct the super-resolution image. Simulation results prove that the method can get the better super-resolution image according to not only visual impression but also the objective evaluation index.

In this study "the leftest trace algorithm " was used to solve the trace of cells edge better. It also overcame the shortage that use sobel operator and laplace operator to detect the edge of wood cells. This realized the rapid extraction of the anatologic shape features in across compression and make possible the wood species could be characterized quantitatively.

Application of particle image velocity (PIV) techniques for measuringparticle size distribution and total number in an activation chamber of desulfurization system isintroduced. Watersheld algorithm is used to choose the suitable initial gray level threshold whichis used to change the gray level images taken by PIV to black and white ones, then every particle inan image is isolated totally. For every isolating particle, its contour is tracked by the edgeenhancement filter function and kept by Freeman s chain code. Based on a set of particle s chincode, its size and size distribution are calculated and sorted. Finally, the experimental data ofcalcium particles and water drops, separately injected into the activation chamber, and the erroranalysis of data are given out.

The image sensor needs various image processing by image Signal processor （ISP） to improve image quality. Conventional cameras have their own software ISP functions to perform in PC instead of using commercial ISP chips. However these methods have problems such as large computation for image processing. In this paper, th authors proposed ISP that significantly reduced chip area by efficiently sharing of hardware and software. Large operation blocks are designed to hardware for high performances, and hardware is imployed simultaneously with software considering the size of the hardware. The implemented ISP can process Video Graphics Array （VGA）（640 ＊ 480） images and has 91 450 gates size in 0. 35 μm process.
