At present, mental health education and ideological and political education are increasingly showing a trend of integration andinterweaving, and the interaction between the two forms an organic integration, which promotes the positive interaction betweenmental health education and ideological and political education. Based on this, a sample survey of the psychological stress and theinterest in different contents of mental health education of college students in a university in Sichuan Province was made by meansof questionnaires in this study, and the confusion and psychological problems faced by college students in China and the causeswere analyzed, then some suggestions on how to integrate ideological and political education with psychological education wereput forward, so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.

Aesthetic education and ideological and political education undertake the educational responsibilities of educating people with beauty and cultivating people with morals,*** innovation of aesthetic education and the reform of ideological and political education have common educational goals and target *** aesthetic education with ideological and political education can promote the overall healthy development of students,which has both historical and practical *** this paper,the importance and characteristics of integrating aesthetic education with ideological and political education in colleges and universities are analyzed from multiple dimensions,and four feasible ways of integrating aesthetic education with ideological and political education are *** latter draws on extracurricular activities,emotional touch,a pleasant aesthetic atmosphere,and educational synergy to improve students’aesthetic literacy and cultivate correct ideological and political concepts among students.A survey of 1,047 students showed that the understanding and acceptance of ideological and political education were strengthened and improved after implementing these innovative integration *** together,the exploration and practice of these integration ways contribute to expanding the effect of ideological and political education in the new era and constitute important parts of the reform of college and university education in the new journey.

It is an important task for university ideological and political workers to research Chinese dream integrating into ideological and political education, which has poured new theoretical discourse system into ideological and political education. And it is conducive to firm ideals and beliefs of university students and establish the socialist core values. Based on this, scientific connotation and basic feature of Chinese dream is expounded, Then basic principles of Chinese dream integrating into college students＇ ideological and political education is analyzed. Finally, effective realizing measures of Chinese dream integrating into ideological and political education is researched under the guidance of these principles.

Self-media era of ideological and political education is facing new challenges： educators and educational object on gaining information changes reversibly, which challenged ＂teachers are＂ authority; the object of education is increasingly showing a strong ＂treasonable＂ , which is challenging the current ideological and political education model; fission dissemination of information is challenging the ideological and political education. In the background of modem education, ideological and political education and health education in universities play an important part in quality education. In higher education, ideological and political education and health education plays a role in their respective fields. ideological and political education determines socialist direction of education and promotes the development of quality education. Mental health education starting from individual students, which improves student＇ s personality, promotes the comprehensive development of students; further promote the development of quality education. We can say that physical and mental health education and ideological and political education are supplementary to each other as well as enrich and expand health education, ideological and political education.
